For those of you who don't know, the reason way many players don't like female characters is because developers don't know how to write them without making them she-hulk Mary Sues.
Female characters don't have to be a she-hulk to be a fighter or capable. Look at Evie and Aya as better examples.
To summarize: developers make unrealistic generic female characters with 2 dimensional personality and only represent girl power rather than a unique story and a great character who just happens to be female.

My personal opinion, but male Eivor is canon. It just makes more sense story wise. Absolutely nothing wrong with female Eivor. Played her plenty of times, and the fact she's female is what throws off Basim for so long works great, but male Eivor is it for me. I hate too how their teaser for Valhalla was male, then they switch to female. Felt like a cheap shot.

I know most people prefer Kassandra but it would have been so much better if there was some kind of choice between her and Alexios. Especially considering that if you played as him he takes the exact same role as Kassandra towards the end of the previous game. Not to mention for me personally Alexios was more fun to be.

Wish we could've chosen who appeared, or Ubisoft cloud would read the Odyssey save and decide based on our last save. Would've loved to see these scenes as Alexios as well, even if it's not canon. At this point 'canon' is just another excuse for laziness or they shouldn't have given us the choice who to play in Odyssey.

Kassandra was over 1, 300 years old at the time of AC Valhalla, and also went on to live for another 1, 000 years after that. Imagine living so long. Strange to know that she has been alive during each and every one of the AC games. Imagine her popping up in Victorian England with the Frye twins?

Did it ever occur to Eivor that Kassandra is at least centuries old considering during the age of the Vikings, Greece was in tatters, it-s ruins under another empire and she knew secrets that could she couldn-t possibly know unless she was alive during the time? -

I wish we could have gotten an option to have Alexios in place of Kassandra. I played as him in my playthrough of Odyssey. But Kassandra is the canon character, so I can see why Ubi would go for her, plus that may have taken a lot more work.

This is definitely one of the best Assassin's Creed fight scenes in the entire franchise. I believe Kassandra earned a small cameo in other upcoming Assassins Creed titles since she did live for more than 2000 years
