Lui Kang understand shang hatred but he needed it wasn't outta hate but was cause he didn't want shang to do what previously did. Was hoping he'd see something good come outta him and I feel it would've if titan shang didn't come that night. I feel Lui Kang probably would've talked to him after someone comes to save him when he sets up the day after titan shang came, after shang maybe is about to be killed.

His face, voice and facial expressions are very much on point, I love everything about this character. They took a movie version of his face and rizzed him up to perfection. Gives me Loki vibes with his expressions. You can see they paid a lot of attention to the details especially when it comes to Shang Tsung in this game. Perceft villain, a lot of applause to both devs and the voice actor.

On one line with Smoke. Shang Tsung stated that Liu Kang should not have denied him of his birth right. Implementing that he could be a good sorcerer if his fate was held carefuly.
And that holds true to the Shang Tsung that was killed by Titan Shang Tsung at the top of the pyramid. He is some goody two shoes at one timeline.
