NR writing really dropped the ball yet again despite the latest clean slate. Couldn-t resist making Sub-Zero comically evil. Heaven forbid we have some nuance in our characters like Bi-Han can still be aggressive/overly proud/egotistical ninja warrior, but you know NOT be -lol I-m with bad guys now- at a drop of a hat.

NRS just really hates Sub-Zero, that is the real point that Ed has always made. Every scene and dialogue puts Scorpion at the top reguardless if he is right or not, I'm just over it at this point and Ed has lost control over a good story for his childish dreams.
