He is not Lin Kuei by blood, sure, but he does have a warriors heart and that makes him Lin Kuei as much as the rest of them: Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Frost, Sektor, Cyrax and the random members that wear the traditional ninja attire.

Interesting how the three brothers positions tell us their actual position in the family: Bihan is standing up as he is the oldest, Kuai Liang is sitting on the chair as he's the middle bro and Tomas is normally sitting on the same chair and he's the baby one. (which could also stands for his relationship with Kuai Liang as both are sitting next to each other while Bihan is on his own)

This take on Bi Han is honestly my favorite Sub-Zero. Hero Sub-Zero is good, but there's something about Bi Han being such a little shit that I love. Also, while he's power hungry, his ideas on evolving the Lin Kuei and wanting to guide the world to be better aren't wrong neccesarily. Those ideas would be great if he was just more humble

The more I watch and rewatch Sub-Zero's scenes, the more I dislike this variant of Bi Han and the more I realize he's completely one-dimensional. Always angry, always complains about Liu Kang, always complains about his dad, and that 'sudden-but-inevitable betrayal' is something we all saw coming ever since the Lin Kuei trailer dropped.

Ever since my childhood I thought that Bi Han subzero was the good guy and scorpion was the bad one. But years upon years I start realising that Bi Han got this short temper behavior and scorpion sometimes show's respect and a little mercy when needs to. But Bi Han just don't know when to chill out at times

Wow they really made him a complete asswipe for no reason at all. In the original he was actually a good sibling to Kuai Liang so much that he spent 7 games trying to avenge/honor his name after he died. Couple this with the fact that Smoke very clearly thought highly of him too

I haven't played the game yet but this seems really out of character for Sub Zero. He always seemed to be a decent man before this but now he just comes off as a complete a-hole. What happened? And since when was Scorpion a member of the Lin Kuei? No, none of this seems legit.

Damn subzero is very disagreeable person, i mean it-s good he refuses the status quo and doesn-t suck up to this BS but at the same time he comes off as extremely unlikable and frustrated. He projects his desperation for power on his brothers.

When I think back I to the original timeline I remember thinking -Bi Han isn-t a bad guy, maybe he-s just misunderstood-. They really nailed the icy asshole in this timeline. I can only imagine how much of a prick Noob will be.
