So this does nothing to say something about Mr. Biden who is giving us-Americans, his life to try and straighten out stuff Trump messed up. He is doing this for America. Bravo! In the meantime a fully- fledged congressman, namely you, has time to put an ''F on a piece of paper and we know what that is expressing. SHAME ON YOU.
