Quentin talks about his amazing fans, living in Tel Aviv, learning Hebrew, his fifteen-month-old son, writing the book Once Upon a Time in Hollywood after making the movie, some of his favorite novelizations, and he attempts to guess old movies by only hearing the description on the back of the VHS box

I'm reading the book right now. I'm on about the 4th chapter. Brandy's backstory was pretty entertaining. Cliff Booth's history is proving to be way more deep than Rick Dalton's for sure. I've seen the film probably 50 times (that number is high because of the pandemic, so it will be interesting to watch the film again after reading the book.

I'm 31 and I remember watching Orca as a child. (Like maybe 6 or 7) We hav it recorded on VHS, and I always thought it was such an obscure movie noone knew about. I'm glad QT thinks it's a great movie.

The word appa is from Tamil language (abba in Hebrew, meaning as father. I believe more similarities between Tamil & Hebrew. May be have same origin 1000 years before.

If anyone is interested Tarantino also wrote a Graphic Novel continuation of Django where he meets up with an elderly but still badass Zorro. Its great.

I enjoy most if not all of his movies but I never heard so much crap out of anyone's mouth when he tried to justify the nonsense he said about Bruce Lee.

Is Quentin Tarantino sorry for what he went to jail for years ago. and? Is he directing Margot Robbie in a Xena: Warrior Princess movie?
reply

He is the only American director I know who knows so much about movies from as early as the 50s. Now that is what you call a director.
