I remember having Pinball Construction Kit for the Commodore 64. Bill Budge later expanded on the concept with the Sega Genesis game Virtual Pinball (29 customizable tables and 10 slots to roll your own, with battery backup.
On that note, EA did continue to credit their creators up to at least 92-93, at least where the Genesis was concerned. You'll find creators named on the covers of Virtual Pinball (Bill Budge, Desert Strike (Mike Posehn/EA) and Road Rash (Randy Breen, Dan Geisler and Walter Stein. These are the ones I have on-hand at the moment, but I'm pretty sure there's more.
And that phone! I'm working from my desk right now and my dial-up phone (Nick and Nora style) is sitting right in front of my right speaker. Had to look twice to realize it wasn't my phone ringing: .

Are you scared of where gaming is going? Today corp are so cheap anything to say 1 penny Games can be made to last 300 years very cheap but they do not wanna pay the 30 cents it would cost. So there well be no working games of this time in the future with the change in how people think and the miss use of laws being push it is well rare to even find a copy online.
Games are going DRM/such online only so there well be no copy's people well not even own there games once they corp dose stop marketing it.
idk i am scared where it is going and how people do not seem to care are maybe mind is a better word.
I think we should back up all games but not let people download them unto the copyright is up so we are not braking copyright laws.

It's kinda sad thing to notice that these days nobody cares about the guys who make the games. Everyone is just praising the companies and the people who own the companies. For example, everyone seems to love Gaben and praise him for Valve's works. But in reality, how much he does working for the games alone? Every single person affects to the final release of the game: musics, levels/maps, characters, voices and other sounds. As a person who wants to be a game developer in the future this was quite a harsh thing to realize.

Holy crap, Starflight! I had that on Genesis, and I'm gonna say it- it was better in just about every way.
Yes it lacked the procedurally generated worlds but I'll take the better control, combat, mineral gathering, visuals and such over that. Such a good game and when I first played it with my brother, no idea what we were doing. Gathered minerals, upgraded our ship but had NO clue on the story haha. Not till I replayed it recently did I figure out any of that stuff.

LGR This is one of the saddest things about the gaming industry today. These -boxes- alone are collectibles. I don-t need plastic statues (though they are cool) or posters. Give me a cool box to keep my stuff in so it never gets ruined. Maybe a map or something inside. This kind of stuff reminds me why I love 90s and 2000s gaming. It literally is a lost art. especially for -Electronic Artists-

Ahhh yes LP style oh how I miss them. This would really be the ideal time to bring them back. The hipsters would love'em and since most store boxed games are just download codes anyway, why not do it? You could use all that space to put emphasis back on the devs and stuff it with the cool extras again without having to worry about leaving space for a disc!

Not sure if this is really your kind of thing but i'd like to hear you talk about some bizarre software's that came bundled with music CD's. Don't know if you are into collecting music CD's, just thought it'd be an interesting topic that forms a strange bond between PC software and Music CD's.

Clint, what exactly do you think of the Grand Theft Auto series?
I know that you like to play GTA 5, you even laughed like a child when you played in First Person, but what about the other games? San Andreas, Vice City and GTA 4 are great games too! What do you think of them?

Do the disks for Starflight say -By Bianary Systems- just underneath the title of the disk at the top? Not sure if it's the video that's making it look like that. Also it looks like they spelled it correctly where the copyright info is on the bottom left hand corner!
