As a 10-year-old, I used to watch BH 90210, Wednesday nights at 8pm on FOX 5. That show reminded me of Archie comics, especially the love triangle between Brenda, Kelly and my guy Dylan. It's hurting my soul to see a lot of young folks from the 80s and 90s starting to pass away at an early age. I hope Shannen is resting in peace, right along with Luke Perry.

My mother passed away 59 years ago and I vividly remember her struggle and the treatments that destroyed her body. People keep telling me how much better the treatments are today. When I look at Shannon Dougherty's face, she looked a lot like my mother.
I am sorry she had to struggle with this devastating disease. I hope she is resting at peace now.

as someone who grew up in my mid teens in the 90's i always watched her on 90210 and in CHARMED, the wise oldest sister of the 3, its such a tragedy, but she was strong till the end, she never gave up like a Pit Bull, she was and still is my favourite TV actress, i always thought she was special, RIP

She was my first crush on 90210. One episode that had a real impact on me was the time she was a call operator for a helpline, and she got attacked, before the time of cell phones, with no way of contacting anyone at the time. It was a very powerful episode. She will be sadly missed.

I got to meet her years ago at a local comic con and she was beautiful. We got to talk for a while and it was like talking to an old friend. Rest in peace Shannon hopefully we get to see each other in the next life.

Even while aging, Shannen was always in high spirits everywhere she goes, not breaking a sweat on what she's accomplished for. Sad to see her life cut tragically short due to cancer.

My condolences to her loved ones. My own mother passed away from cancer at age 54, and she lived the most when she was diagnosed 4 years prior to her death. Brenda, RIP.
