Since you stipulated in the beginning of the video that no one dies on-screen then you could add Rosemary's Baby. Two people die but both are off screen.

Why does horror always have to include gore and deaths. IMO some of the best horror movies just scare you without having gory deaths at all.

I know it's a flashback, but in Signs, we do see the mom die on-screen. Also, I'd like to add the original Amityville Horror. Even the dog lives!
