5 Best And 5 Worst Things In Deadpool 2 welicatiga: Now Domino was cool and all, but the look and everything was so forced. As a black girl, yes it's cool to see characters that look like me and my family, but not in this way. No, Domino isn't exactly white in the comics, but she doesn't have black girl features either. I don't like how it feels that the only (notice the emphasis) roles black people can play are of already existing white characters. Now if some people complain (without racist intentions) it makes them look like a racist. Like Valkyrie from Thor. She was cool, but the main Valkyrie from the comics is white, blonde hair, and I think blue eyes. Now to be fair, there were many Valkyries and we don't necessarily know if the one in the film is supposed to be Brunhilde, but whatever. Now Domino. the whole afro and everything was just too much. There are so many black characters out there, (might not be mainstream) but are just as badass.
Ex. Imagine if they made Kitty Pryde black. it would feel awkward and out of place right? Well there's already a character in the X-Men comics that has Kitty's powers and is black, her name's Cipher. Meaning, there would be no reason to change Kitty. We like to see the comics come to life with little changes as possible. There's characters of color that could be included in the films like Bishop (who was already in the X-Men films, Kamala Khan (might have her own film) America Chavez, Moon Girl, Misty Knight and Luke Cage (Netflix) Monica Rambeau (in Captain Marvel) Ironheart (might appear in films) Blue Marvel, etc.

What i didnt like was the use of jumping throug time yet again in a movie. Enough already, The over use of curse words and the overuse of breaking the fourth wall. Yes i know that is deadpools schtick, but leave it to deadpool. When they have colossus dropping the f bomb, that seems desperate to me since its so out of character. The CGI with colossus was pretty bad too. I like the movie ok but it seemed like they tried to amp up some things in order to diffuse having a kinda lame plot. Its a good story arc but since time travel has been used in so many other movies recently you just kind of feel like yawning with it. Oh and since negasonic and yukio really didnt do hardly anything in this movie it feels like they just shoehorned their characters in for the token lesbian appearance. Again, seemed a little lame and desperate and that tactic thru this movie sort of cheapened the whole thing for me.

I thought Vanessa played an Easter egg role for fans as a simplified mistress death that the casuals could also kind of relate to and this is a mess clearly the people making it don't understand deadpool he is his own villain you don't need a big bad and they hid juggernaught so well I jumped out my seat and had the whole cinema staring at me like some mad twat when he appeared you don't get a much bigger bad than that the people who wrote this are probably the same people who think juggernaught is a mutant

I loved Yukio her bubbly Hi Wade was so funny to watch her partner just stand there stunned. The team dying on the first mission was another funny spot. Man we were roaring during that part. But the crowning moment was the shooting of Ryan while he read the Green Lantern script, now if that isn't laughing at yourself I don't know what is.

This is the problem with a list that has a fixed structure. You HAD to find five things to like and HAD to find five things to complain about. There was nothing wrong with any of these choices. Black Tom, in particular, was going to be the major villain, until they realized they didn't NEED one, and the movie was much better for it.

I am so glad that you made light of black Tom Cassidys early death and I remember being really disappointed because I loved playing Tom Cassidy and I love the idea that he would be almost like an arch enemy for Deadpool and I was really hard to see him just killed off and I want him maybe for later if possible

I don't feel the lack of a singular villain hurt this movie. I actually it helped make it stand by having the plot not be about fighting a supervillain, it's about Deadpool trying to do some real good in a situation where he can't solve everything by shooting it or cutting to pieces.

No real supervillain? Did I see some kind of weird directors cut version that had Juggernaut in it, and the rest of you only saw a chop shop cinematic version that oddly didn't have Juggernaut? Because I remember Juggernaut being in this film he even had a seriously kickass song. :)

Killing X Force was perfect cause they were the ONLY factor I was worried about before seeing a film. Thought it was gonna be a cheesy way of forcing a group of us to like. Then BAM, killed them all off to create the REAL Xforce in the end. Original and genius

Yukio was clearly there to tick two quota boxes - the gay quota and the Asian quota. 2 for 1! This would have been a good idea if they had given her a REAL role with you know lines beyond 'Hey Wade' and shown more of her powers and personality.
