Inconsistent CGI was a bit shocking, also the annoying habit of directors who come onto a franchise and ignore standards implemented in previous films.
How is it possible that T'Challa was so slick and dangerous and precise and formidable in Civil War but not so much in his own movie?
Because Mr Coogler decided to ignore those aspects and veer off into his own thing, bringing his inexperience in making epic comicbook films with him, along with so much tacky, melodramatic, unsubtle current socio-political American commentary. That was really, really annoying to me, who just wanted to be swept into a really exotic adventure, rather than be preached and pandered to. Sorry, but Coogler's lame excuse for killing off Ulysses 'because with so many characters, ya gotta get rid of someone' -considering so many other bad ideas in this film, not surprising.
Racial motivations got a lot of people to see this, rather than sheer cinematic prowess, I find.

Killing Klaue was a big mistake. The dude had huge potential. The character was amazing and entertaining. The payoff for killing him was definitely not worth it. Couldve just captured him, turned him in and had him escape in the little wakandan civil war. Possibly show it in a post credit scene. Im not saying that he shouldve been saved to play a main villain in a big movie. But it was nice to have him scheming around in the background. Couldve been a minor villain in a bunch of movies, causing chaos and destruction for his own personal gain like always. I wouldve loved it. Instead we see the amazing villain die to add credibility to the meh villain, who ends up dying anyway. Total waste

Not sure why Black Panther is the most critically acclaimed film in the MCU. While I really enjoyed Black Panther, it is in my opinion highly overrated. Killmonger, while very good, still wasn't the greatest Marvel villain of all time, (and when I read that. I hear Kanye West's voice. Anyway, Panther was good. Really good. But there've been better MCU movies. The first Iron Man, the second and third Captain America movies, Guardian of the Galaxy, the first and third Thor. But I'm not a movie critic, and can only speak of what I actually enjoyed.

Hello I'm Black Panther hater #75335353 and I have to tell everyone how bad that movie was. I'm not racist btw. But literally nothing in that movie is good I'm not racist btw. I can't say that though because I'd be called a racist btw I'm not a racist. Its a shame really so much bias about this super overrated movie I'm not racist btw. Stop calling me racist! That last one seemed just kind of dumb. Kids learn in so many different ways I remember learning a lot of Random kind of advanced stuff for a 6, 7, 8 year old from movies that I've watched that through little bits of mature info in there. Seeing this, if a kid sees somebody have a reaction like that they're going to know exactly what needs to be not maybe not how to do it but. they are not gonna panic and run because they think the person is crazy. stop trying to shelter kids from the world we build for them.

I love Black Panther but I definitely think killing Klaue was a mistake, since the same outcome could have been achieved with Killmonger simply bringing Klaue to Wakanda as a prisoner. We didn't need more proof that Killmonger is dangerous and will kill people. If they didn't want to focus on Klaue later because there were too many people involved they could just have kept him imprisoned, and he can escape in another movie.

I would like to see more jokes at the expense of scientology. Maybe then, they wouldn't have such a stranglehold. It's amazing how L. Ron Hubbard, during an interview, stated if he wanted more fame and fortune that he would create a religion. He then wrote Dianetics and a religion popped up around it. Going from a self-help book to grifters scamming big money out of vulnerable people with major self-esteem issues.

Okay what's with Black Panther? Don't get me wrong, I loved the movie, I watched it too, but I didn't think it was as good as Thor: Ragnarok. or Spider-Man: Homecoming. or Doctor Strange. it was good, I guess, but. not much better or worse than the quality Marvel usually delivers, why does everyone say its the best Marvel/Superhero movie ever? I believe they can bring Klaue back, if Antman ends up going into a Time Vortex and goes into the past (as shown by set leaks) what ever it is they do to change what happened to those affected by The Snappening, so maybe he could end up not being killed somehow someway, y'never know, anything changed in the past can have a change on the futures outcome, idk.

I'm hoping if Coogler gets to direct Black Panther 2 he brings back Klaue only he becomes Klaw from the comics. retcon klaue died at the hands of T'Challa and came back as an entity of solidified sound. Since he liked Andy Serkis and the fact that comic book Klaw is the most reoccurring Black Panther villain there might be a good chance.
