the points about Black Manta are so silly, its pretty obvious James Wan wanted to introduce us to character in that way and the ending will of Aquaman with obviously come around full circle to Aquaman 2 where Manta will take over as the main villain. Atleast we have 2 good villains in one movie, both villains in BvS were trash.

this video forgot to include Vulku, he trained Arthur since Arthur was a young kid, Vulku taught him everything he needed to know about Atlantis and trained him to become king of Atlantis. Without Vulku I think Arthur never would've become Aquaman, so Vulku played a very important role in the movie, he was Aquaman's mentor.

I would NOT like to see more of Black Manta. His storyline is so (for lack of better words) shit. It basically goes: You killed my father. I now will kill you. Cliche and garbage. The rest of the film was quite literally perfect (coming from a diehard marvel viewer.

I actually liked the way the movie portrayed Black Manta. I think it sets up some interesting possibilities for the sequel. And there is definitely going to be a sequel since Aquaman is close to hitting 1 billion, currently sitting at 940. 7 million.

No black mamba was a joke in this movie. His appearance had not a single plot reason whatsoever. Black mamba seem to be more of a Hollywood PR move to address the insane diversity crowd. So no we dont want to see more of him.

So I loved the movie, but Im not that familiar with the mythos. Mera seemed to be a good guy in the movie, but judging from what was said in this vid shes more of a Catwoman-esque anti-hero?

I did feel someone should have explained everyone's powers. But then again, it's best just to show it. But don't forget the Fisherman (Tritonis citizens) one of whom also dated Superman.

If you think about it Mera is incredibly DEADLY since she controls water and everybody is mostly water so she could just kill people by bursting their blood vessels.

I absolutely loved the movie. My favorite from now on. I hope we'll see more of Mera in the sequels cause I love her powers! She is so crazy powerful!
