4) How is Hermione homeless? If she was homeless, would she be able to go on holiday in France or skiing for Christmas? No. She wouldn't. She stays at Hogwarts for some holidays because she needs to study or doesn't want Harry to be lonely.

All black characters are described specifically so. Dean Thomas, Amgelina Johnson, Lee Jordan, Kingsley Shacklebolt, etc. She takes the time to mention they're black. Casually yes, not drawing unnecessary attention, but whatever character she imagined as black, she says they are. Not that there's anything wrong with a black Hermione; the fan art and cosplays i see are lovely. But to use Hermione's own logic:
If the only reason you have to believe something is that there's no proof against it, that doesn't make it true. Just because Rowling never wrote that Hermione ISN'T black, doesn't mean she is.

With the black Hermione one, it is simple to tell she is not. If it has to tell you a side character's race, assume the main characters are the opposite. Angelina Johnson, Dean Thomas, and Blaise Zabini were always stated to be black, but Hermione never was stated, so it could be assumed she is white. This brings up another book I read, Anansi Boys. In that book, the main characters are black, but it's never explicitly stated. It does state that one of their roommates is white, so using my observations before, it can be insinuated that they are black (also the book is about African folklore, so. yeah.

My theory deal with why Hermione and Harry are not a romantic couple. True, in most stories, the major male character and the major female character do end up together, in the case for Harry+Hermione, it makes sense for them NOT to be the central pairing. If they did get together, poor Ron would be a pointless character. Just think of the ending of The Half Blood Prince with Harry and Hermione in the tower looking out with Ron standing several steps behind them. Ron would have had a minor part in the story like a second level leader of the Dumbledore's Army. important but not critical.

Id like to see how your evaluation and explanation of those theories withstands the scrutiny of constant reediting of Harry Potter by JKR( what she meant by what she wrote, what she wanted to write, pinky promise, but never actually did or even just hinted in passing, avalanche of additional explanations and details nobody asked for that make no sense or even clash with original material etc)
BTW based on books and Watsons performance I dare to say Hermiones most pronounced characteristic wasnt academic excellence but rather her considerable nagging skills.

But what if hermiome is actually a pureblood witch set up for adoption in the muggle world because perhaps her mother was too young or she was stolen wich leads up to the several fanfictions depicting hermione as tom riddles daughter and the reason voldemort was just looking for his daughter after all this time (always) which led to him going insane without his daughter their because dumbledork knew her power and wanted it to defeat tom riddle (yes i read too much fanfiction but it is plausible)

While it doesn't state hermiones race (and I couldn't give a Mrs Figg anyway) you'll notice a pattern in Rowlings Potter books that when there is a black charector she outright says it along the lines of the black boy Lee Jordan etc, keep an eye out for it, she never states any other skin colour in it, not even the Patils so I find it highly dubious that she actually meant her to be black and i think she's just going uh black, yeah sure.

The reason people were annoyed with the black Hermione is the amount of outrage always expressed when a black character is played by a white actor. It's always one way. As for the theories, some of them make a little sense but others fly in the face of the books themselves. Hermione is described as white on at least one occasion.

Hogwarts starts at 11. Hermione is 50 days younger than Harry they cant be siblings. The books describe her as a ginger. The rest is fair. I have one for you. When the locket horcrux shows Ron, Harry & Hermione together, it was telling the truth because anybody that doesnt see them together is daft.
