MCU Character Deaths That Were More Important Than You Realize SurferMan127: They killed the wrong Maximoff twin. Scarlett Witch is the most insufferable character in the MCU (though, Captain Marvel fights hard for that crown every time she is on screen, and, while I usually don't care for him in anything he does, Aaron Taylor Johnson had more charisma for THAT PARTICULAR ROLE in his pinky than the actor who plays him (who is deeply annoying) in the X-Men movies has in his entire body. As long as Endgame is using time travel to fix past mistakes, why don't we go back and put Scarlett Witch in the path of the bullets Quicksiler took in Age of Ultron?

They refuse to acknowledge it, but the real reason they killed Quicksilver was because it was part of a deal they had with Fox. Marvel got to keep Scarlet Witch in exchange for killing off Quicksilver, while Fox agreed not to develop Scarlet Witch for their movies. How this is going to be dealt with now that it no longer matters is anyone's guess. Personally, I think it's time for a massive cross-studio reboot with a unified cast. We MUST see some version of an X-Men vs Avengers crossover!

Oh come on! Bring back Quicksilver for he is so damn underused and badly used. Also, he was just a stepping stone for one and that is bad. Really bad because he could've been the most useful man in ENDGAME as to prevent Thanos from ever, ever getting the Gauntlet, even if there was just an inch or 2. 5 cms away. When that happened, he could've been the one to beat the chess time and help Tony get to perform that snap and beat Thanos into oblivion.

Klaw as the enemy of Black Panther would have been a better movie. Instead we got a white guilt fueled progressive identity politics driven plot. Black Panther is a solid MCU movie, mid-pack, it's good but hardly as good as the hype. Basically, if you're a movie critic you're not really allowed to give Black Panther anything other than stellar ratings otherwise people start calling your racist.

For your doctor strange somehow being so much stronger when he fights thanos. You got to remember he could easily create a time lock to practice his magic. Also he spent a ridiculous amount of time with dormomu constantly being attacked, spending as long as he more then likely did having a split second to initiate a spell would eventually help you in mastering the mystic arts.

00: 45- I think I speak for all fans of the Angel TV series when I say that we're sincerely glad no one did do that, lol. That character had one of the greatest transformation arcs of all time and one of the most dramatic endings ever too, for that matter. Likewise, Denisof makes just about any series he ends up in- even bad ones- better.

0: 35 - The only matter I do not take seriously, boy, is you. Your politics bore me. Your demeanor is that of a pouty child. And apparently, you alienated my favorite daughter, Gamora. I shall honor our agreement, Kree, if you bring me the Orb. But return to me again empty handed. And I will bathe the starways in your blood.

He is not dead. Remember he started as pure consciousness adrift in the cosmos and utterly alone. Then he manipulated and formed matter which became a planet. The bomb blew up the 'Brain' (which was a matter representation of his consciousness, but it could not destroy the original pure consciousness that IS Ego.

I am one of those 'that's not what decimation means' people. Because that's not what it bloody means! The word's history and meaning is both cruel and interesting. Non book readers have enough lazy words for destroy. Misusing excellent archaic words because they sound cool is utterly banal.
