People get into the Arts/Entertainment because they have creative, revolutionary spirits that seek an alternative income not tied to corporate aggression and oppression. Then they find out that the record labels, and TV/Movie studios make them sell their souls to a higher degree than any 9-5. They just get paid more to do it. There is no freedom in bad contracts, pressure to keep one-upping yourself, losing all your privacy, and being surrounded by phony takers all the time who just want a piece of you.

People change careers all the time. I can see why many celebrities quit; it's an unstable profession, your life gets put under a microscope, can't even do mundane things like going to the supermarket without being recognized and for child actors they lack a childhood and boundaries leading to many becoming dysfunctional adults.

Jordan Peele has been overrated as a film director. The new Twilight Zone is dreadful. I think he's the new M. Night Shyamalan. One hit and so far everything else is shit. I didn't even think Get Out was that great.

Hahhhhha obviously the first teen on this list had depression and anxiety, didnt see that one coming, that wasnt expected at all, who wouldve thought a teen would use mental health as an excuse

Thank god Heather Donahue quit acting. Her horrendous acting in Blair Witch was the reason the movie didn't fool me for a second. She ruined any believability the movie needed.
