IT chapter 1 and chapter 2 are by far the best horror movies of the last decade imo. I really hope for a chapter 3 that would tell the origin of Pennywise, that would elevate IT as the best horror trilogy ever made in my opinion!

Those who didnt somewhat enjoy this movie doesnt get the story, yeah the changes were obvious to those who know the lore from the novel and Miniseries but it was really good. Im also happy they didnt shy away from the homophobia because it shows this is a raw and violent story.

I love both movies, and I'm actually happy that it was a different interpretation to the original story, how boring would it have been if it was exactly the same as the 1990 series? Also, I enjoy reading the actual book now, mainly because it isn't like I know 100% of the story. Sue me

I don't think it was too long at all, but it definitely wasn't even close to as good as the first movie. They went ridiculously over the top with stuff. It was still kinda fun to watch, but it was literally just not scary at all. The best thing about the movie was Bill Hader.

I ate 600mg of edibles before the movie and my God what an experience it was. 3 hours flew by and I felt like I could have sat through an extra 3 hours because of all the details they didn't/couldn't get on screen. Can't wait for that 6-1/2 hour long directors cut

Stephen Kongs books are very difficult to adapt from literature to screen because of the immense amount of details he incorporates into his stories. That being said, I think this was an EXCELLENT adaptation

I felt like the movie was short. The could have made the 2 movies into 3 easily but didn't because they weren't that cash grabby
