Hunnam did a fantastic job of convincing me he was Jax Teller. I hadn't really seen him in anything before, other than seeing bits of green street. And when I saw him at the start of the first episode of SoA, I just thought this is a joke, having this Calvin Klein model supposedly be a rough tough, greasy-looking bike club criminal. Within a couple of episodes I forgot his looks, and he really did fit. He seemed to morph into the role more as time went on, and he really did start to look the part more and more as the seasons went by.

People dont understand when you want to become a great actor you have to submerge yourself in your role. . Charlie submerged his being into the character Jax & it became charlie. . He was Jax for 7 seasons. . Thats years of people falling in love with the Character you are & on the inside Charlie knew he was becoming Jax mentally. . To separate yourself from the Character after youve been him for so long. . I know it was hard for Charlie as it was for the rest of us to say Goodbye to SOA

I watch SOA twice and since cried for ages when Ajax died actually l started crying sooner cos l knew what was going to happen. I think when to watch something that has so many seasons you really feel like the people in the show are friends or family and you worried when the shows over what going to happen to them now lot of people have said this to me not just about SOA but also other show that run for many seasons what do you think?

Yes he is good looking. That is true. But he is also a good actor. When he was in SOA he played the part so well. I recall the scene when Abel is kidnapped and he falls to his knees and yells out it broke my heart. He d I d that scene so well if felt real and I cried and cried. He could not have played it any better.

to me he was the worst part of the show. he was always overreacting. always showing off you can see that whenever he walks. his voice is annoying, to me he is the one of the worst actors of all time. i am surprised that everybody is blind to his poor acting performance.

He is a cool guy for sure. And he was a perfect fit for the role as Jax. SoA has this flair of combining kind of a homely rural atmosphere with some dudes riding across the landscape and outbursts of devastating brutality. And Charlie/Jax perfectly reflects both aspects.
