Here is a simple answer to all of the questions. BAD WRITING! Those who crafted star wars don't know how to develop a plot and avoid plot holes, which the series is riddled with. Also, they treat the fans as cash registers and not individuals who are investing time and money into the franchise. The best Star Wars Lore we have as fans is the expanded universe where it goes deep into many of these points and draws a stable continuous timeline for this galaxy far. you know the rest, LOL. But yeah, Star Wars is made to sell tickets, not to make much sense. The oohs and awws is what is selling tickets, not good plot and writing.

So the first question, the Jedi were losing power and said as much so that's why they needed balance in the force, Yoda and Ben Kanobi talked about the balance of the force, that the Jedi side was being drained and they didn't know why (Episode 2. 2: If Yoda says it then that is the source, in reference to the prophecy. EDIT: R2D2 wasn't present with the emperor when aniken actually got clothed with Vader gear and his voice was so different no one would have known unless they were running Fourier transforms crossed checked with Vader's voice and would have then had to see if any matched Aniken's. Why would they do that.

I like to think the series is really about R2-D2 rather than Anakin and Skywalkers. Without him, right off the bat in Episode 1 everyone dies when they try and get passed the blockade around Naboo. He (or it I guess) is present for practically every important mission throughout the series. And they fail those missions without him.
R2-D2 also saves everyone in the first one, without him everyone important gets squished in the trash compactor.

For what concernes a master dying, the first one who could survive the death was qui gon, who searched for the way to do that, but his training was incomplete and he could only appear as a voice in places where the force were strong (the clone wars); then he guided yoda, who could complete the training, and yoda taught obi wan. Probably anakin as the chosen one could do it as well, and the previous force ghosts taught luke and leia

Actually Qui gon jin didnt disappear, but we no he has a force ghost form. At least he can speak. When anakin killed all the sand people Qui gon can be heard yelling no anakin. He was also the on that found put how to turn into a force ghost. He taught Yoda and obi wan the way to do this. It was later past on to anakin right before he died from the force lightning messing up his respirator.

Bringing balance to the force, theres too many good jedis kn the light side and not working kn the dark side. Movies 1-6 was about bringing a balance to the -FORCE- anakin did this by siding with the dark side and killing with the republic tons of jedi. the balance is then renewed. movies 7-8-9 Argh. these 3x are something on there own. Movie 9 is rise of the skywalker. Need I say more

About the Vader not sensing Leia as his daughter. he never knows his wife(Padme) was having twins. he only knew about one child. so Vader would never sense Leia as his daughter because he never thought to. he sensed Luke most likely because he was more force sensitive then Leia. - sorry if that was a lot

Prequel gripe: Oh, Jar-Jar is such a useless character. Why does he exist? George Lucas has lost it. Give the sequels to Disney, please.
Sequel gripe: Lucas gave his movie franchise to Disney and they came up with Finn. Kinda makes me miss Jar-Jar, because Jar-Jar was funny, where as Finn just sucks.

In ESB, Vader doesn't realize Luke is his son when they fight, he has a private Facetime meeting with the Emperor who tells him the new threat is named Skywalker & Vader says If he can be turned, he will be a valuable ally: or something of the like. You do all this work and don't know that?
