Do not listen to any of these critics that say the movie is too long or too funny. This movie was actually terrifying. I saw it last night and the three hours fly by. This movie will scare you again and again even when you are expecting it. That alone makes the movie an A+. Also the critics like dean from WGN news and half of the other critics get payed to say that the Oscar award winning movies are good. Thats why they didnt say anything about endgame being longer than it 2. Do not judge movies by critics reviews they are only into Oscar movies. Trust me, watch It chapter 2, you will NOT regret it.

The movie wasn't that good
Considering the acting wasn't taken very seriously
And cgi was very cheap and quite irritating to look at
I wasn't pleased.
Yes i liked it for the most part. But it just wasn't perfect nor better than the other chapter
Its probably a three star rating
Possibly two star considering the two things i discussed
1. CGI
2. ACTING
Both were very poorly done
It felt as if for two hours it was rushed and not taken seriously

I don't think it needs to be THAT scary. It would be hard to sit through a 3 hour movie that's truly terrifying because you're holding in so much tension. I like that it's more creepy and uncomfortable because it'll appeal to more people and I don't have to be in a super particular mood to watch it. I love re-watching part 1 because of how fun and feel good the cast makes it.

it chapter 2 was a dumpster fire. Acting was great. Bad and overused cgi when it came to the monsters. Script was badly cherry picked from the book. The scares were laughable and the laughable moments fell flat mostly. On a high note i did enjoy how they gave stan the emotional fortitude to let his friends know why he did what he did. But thats the only real silver lining

I wanted so much more Pennywise screen time. Naked alien granny was hilarious, Paul Bunyan was truly haunting, and the little kid who lived in Bills childhood home shouldve lived (that scene was just shocking. The homophobia in the movie made my skin crawl and stomach turn harder than any of the scary scenes. Chapter 1 was better imo.

I thought this one was so much better than the first. Although I like the first, this one just has so much more depth. People lack an attention span. The first did have more scary sequences, but it was so much more of a cash grab to make money off of pennywise. Where this one was an amazing story. I loved it.

Reviews are in and the Film got absolutely Smashed 64% is Good?
Everyone agrees its a R-Rated Goosebums Episode that isn't scary at all. Just Boring Fluff and like 10% Horror.
All good Direction for Suspense get killed by Shitty Jokes and Penniwise the only reason People watch this movie is absent.

The difference between the two movies was that after the first one I found myself saying finally over while the second had me asking over already?
Seriously though, compared to the first movie the second was lacking in almost every criteria a horror movie should excel at.

Personally i wasnt as much of a fan of the chapter two as i was of the first movie. I didnt really like how instead of seeing more pennywise we just saw random zombies and spiders with weird heads but the acting and the cast made this movie awesome
