I think out of the 3, the most likely would be Captain Marvel. She and Peter had a relationship in the comics and both her and Spider-man are going to be the main characters of the MCU going forward.
Plus, like you said with Doctor Strange, I can't see it being him when he is already getting Scarlet Witch in his film, and also, Ms Marvel is best for teaming up with Miles Morales's Spider-man in the Champions comic run, so it just makes sense of the 3 to be Carol

These people make some of dumbest statements. Spiderman does not belong to Marvel anymore u keep using him in other teamups only hurts u. U will have to go back to Sony again and do this all over again. Own it right out or let them just F it up. Business is business all this playing around just hurt these romance fueled fans head. Why would you say avenger and then add in Ms marvel? I'm probably going to get alot of hate for this but I think Ms marvel is an overrated character I mean it's cool about her heritage but I hear to much of her like she's the next spiderman or something.

Captain marvel would make sense bc of how they meet back in endgame. And dr strange as well for the same reason, but it would have to be dr strange bcof the multiverse it is rumored that we might see Spider-Man in DS 2
