Starting to raise red flag? Otto has been carrying the red flag from his very first scene LOL. And yes, Otto really pushed for brother-sister marriage on the show (in the book, it was Alicent allegedly, too bad (FOR HIM) his timing was totally off. Seeing how the Targaryen dynasty has been practicing incest, it's not so farfetched idea actually. As creepy as it sounded, it did make sense for a Targaryen to be marrying a Targaryen and keeping the family together. Plus the 'positive' for the Hightowers, if Rhaenyra-Aegon bethrotal happens, now they have a Hightower on the throne for sure in addition to that, and there would be no question, who would be on the throne. why both the brother and sister would! Otto and Alicent in the book wanted to move diplomatically to put their line on the throne, rather than getting into war that would just deteriorate the relatively peaceful-content Westeros. Yes the whole idea is creepy AF and yes, it's totally self-motivated for power/greed for power.

/creepy nowadays but not for antiquity, many cultures did that and in the books it was a thing for them marrying siblings. So it was not creepy as per the show. You are making it creepy to talk about something. It was weird because the boy is 2 years old!

These things happened in real history and it is a good thing it has stopped officially in most countries though I'm 100% sure
some odd laws still exits around the world.

Must make the men weak and corrupt so women look strong and moral. The story of Adam and eve in the garden, with the show itself being the serpent
