Could be nothing but when Corey looked into Michael eyes its like some of his evil went into Corey like Michael knew his end was near and needed to transfer the power to someone else, because his powers seems to dwindle by the end of the movie like the body that hosted the evil Michael was too old and taken too much damage to keep going, and when they do kill him while he was on the table, no one made eye contact with him, like they knew that the evil might transfer to them like Corey, now Corey power was just coming into play 2 shots to the chest falling, knife to the neck any of those he should of bleed out from and had enough strength to fight back Michael, yes Michael broke his neck but people have survived broken necks before in life, so Corey could survive look at all the ways Michael has been killed or tried to kill over the 40 years and came back, Corey has motivation to come back and he said it if I can't have her no one will the drive force that the evil needs and how Lori help keep it from happening, now with the injuries to his neck he probably can't talk now, but a new movie could take place of him waking up in the morgue and leaving to heal til the next year, evil being reborn is nothing new jason done it, and so has Freddy

I believe that dead kid's father that Cory accidently killed (Or mother) murdered the couple in the jeep and the others (Michael NEVER used a handgun) - It definitely wasn't Cory because he hadn't yet discovered Michael in the sewer drain - It's the ONLY viable explanation - They went crazy because the death of their son

I liked seeing them watch THE THING, '82 edition, laurie grabbing the knitting needle as a weapon, and of course don't fear the reaper at the end. Some highlights of a film otherwise dominated by the new character corey

The desk is the only thing I thought I caught. Laurie's desk immediately reminds me of when Michael kills his other sister in the original. The whole room reminds me of that old room in the myers house.

I didn t hate Corey like other people did but I think instead of the copycat killer route, it should ve focused more on the fight with Laurie and Michael and have Corey as one of the survivors
