How That '90s Show Addressed The Big Elephant In The Room

Danny Masterson is noticeably absent from That '90s show, and here's how Netflix handled the situation. NightMonkey: Well. I just watched the first 4 episodes. Their 90s is worse than the 80s from the 80s show. It's way too forced. The ideas were great. But execution felt weak. And yes I gotta say this. the female push is kinda out of touch. 70s show didn't do this push for an over masculine show. Why is this show going all soft. This is the 90s from a female only perspective. It's feels too fake. Who went to raves in like that? Netflix. Yall gotta stop. please

As a woman that has been a victim of sa and not particularly a fan of Danny I don't understand the wait for all these women how many times does Joe Nobody get 3 woman out the blue saying we were all raped by him at 3different times during the course of the last 10 years as a woman I never have BUT I know women that have cried rape faked a pregnancy all to get back at a man that hurt them or rejected them this has to stop we automatically believe the woman why?

I think it's horrible that they didn't address Hyde. He was a great character. I get the charges and whatnot but I'm talking about the character. Not the actor that plays him. Hyde was a great character and I wish they would have disscussed Hyde. The character came a long way and did pretty well for himself by the end of the show. I wish they could have somehow mentioned his great job in another state or working for his father.

Just because the 1st trial was a mistrial, does not mean that Masterson is an innocent man who did nothing wrong. And, NetFlix along with Masterson's talent agency would not have fired him unless there were something to what the women had said about him and the same thing also goes on Masterson being blacklisted too. Masterson created the mess that he is in and now he has to deal with it.

HOW 90S SHOW ADDRESSED THE ELEPHANT?
ANSWER = THEY DIDN'T
THANKS FOR WASTING OUR TIME!
Did he do what he is accused of? Who knows.
He is a Scientologist and those people are all nuts so he probably did but since they brainwash anyone who enters that Cult, it probably wasn't his fault. My verdict = Guilty by association!

This whole situation ruined his career and there is no coming back for him kinda sad but Deshaun Watson did the same thing that Harvey Weinstein did to women and he signed a fully guaranteed 230 million dollar contract with the Cleveland Browns and still playing football. Things that make you go hmm what s up with that?

Hes a scientologist so of course hes a piece of shit whether or not these specific alegations are true. Hes trash. But the character Hyde is a great character and I think they should hire a lookalike to play Hyde. They did a horrible job finding a lookalike for lori in that 70s show but they did it anyway

I understand why the show doesn t want to say anything cuz it would be bringing attention to the actors controversy. However his character was a big part of the show. Hyde was even considered a second son to Kitty and Red. So it s kind of weird to not even have a Easter egg or reference to the character.

Wait so now we're doing guilty-until-proven-innocent. You can destroy a man's life with lies. I would understand if he was proven guilty that they would want to distance themselves for what he did but if he didn't do it why are they so insistent on destroying his life.
reply

Kinda disrespectful that they didn't address it and instead chose to act as if he never existed. Not just him but they also pretended as if Laurie and Betsy never existed.
Also Kelso and Jackie's appearance was totally useless and a complete waste of time.

reply

They don't talk about Hyde because he died, or is in jail. That's my best guess, why they don't want to talk about it.
Or, that you do kind of die, disappear, or aren't talked about after dealing with cancel culture.

Not enough film and television to scan over? Not enough actors? For you to tell us absolutely nothing in the end? I bet he did his voice over from the bathroom on the toilet. That's how lazy this piece was
reply

I do hope they say something like he's in jail, or he moved to New York, or hell they might just kill him off. But at least address what happened to him. Especially as he lived with Eric and his family.
reply

I get not having him, but they could have said he moved away, or went to find his mom or something. He was basically the main character of season 8, so his absence should at least be mention once
reply

I don't think he did that it's ashame that there are greedy woman who haven't worked I there life are just looking for a free payday by destroying someone else's life Hooooeeesss
