I felt the death to be ambiguous but it will be interesting where the next chapter will lead if it will ever happen. Ballerina on the other hand is like an in between story and I hope Lance in this next posthumous release will have a larger role. Rooney (played by real-life Ballerina in the 3rd film, with Ana De Armas taking over the role for the spin-off) introduced in Parabellum will be the central figure with Angelica Huston returning as The Director of the Ruska Roma. Donnie Yen in this film OMG was just unbelievable and the whole Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton and Zatochi rolled into one performance. The organization as usual exists and it will live on forever as they train the next new breed of Assassins. This was literally Game of Death with Wick being Hai Tien as he has to make it to the top of the Pagoda to claim his prize which is freedom from the high table.

In my opinion, it better to stop here than just making more and more sequels of john just fighting the table makes it boring rather they should focus more one John's origin, training, his relationship with the assasins that we so far met in the 4 movies and how he met his wife,
So if there is a chance of having a chapter 5 it should be a prequel to John's past rather than a sequel of his going behind the tabel, because even though as an audience we haven't much an emotional connect to John's ally's in the fourth edition at the time of their death because weren't much drawn into this crime family syndicate

Most people, from what I've read online, aren't even sure if he's dead. So if that was meant to be a sacrifice as you say it wasn't clear that that's what he was doing. I think we all needed the Harbinger to tell us that he didn't shoot because I didn't notice some grand Obi Wan Kenobi standing down type gesture. I thought Caine was just too fast. Nothing said to me that that was purposeful. I'm not sitting through that again for a while tho. I didn't love it. So I'm not going to check.

I hope they don t put a female in the lead role. I don t care if women, and others get parts I hope they do, they deserve to be represented, but so do straight males, every single show just about has lead women, lead lgtbqx, community. I don t relate to them, I don t see them doing what a alpha male does they are two different mind sets. It s a straight action film meant for action types. Let s be honest most women are not Rambo s, and that s ok too. Like really

Dude I was so amazed by Donnie Yen s Caine. He made the character so cool. My man was making blindness look cool. His performance was also awesome imo. He was more entertaining for me than John wick which is something I never though I would say. Also I was very sad in the end when they showed John is dead. It was ambiguous but taking everything into consideration I do think that this was the end of John wick. But I would be happy to be wrong.

John is not dead because remember Winston said Farewell to you Son. underline the word FAREWELL. Winston doesn't bids GOODBYE which means John Wick is Dead for the Underground Assassins World but the Baba Yaga will rise when needed. Also Winston always called John as Jonathan but he calls John as son during the farewell coz John kept his promise to Winston as a son to his father seeking revenge. CRAZYYYY FILM!

I think they've left it ambiguous on purpose because they don't really know where they are taking the fate of John Wick yet. They are probably feeling out the audience's reaction before making that decision. It could be permanent, it could be faked, they haven't decided yet; therefore, this ending was the best way to maintain consistency regardless of their choice.

Cool I would like to see the fake funeral and make Jhon a secret teacher to those who want to learn from him and he can use his old chest to reward them and give them a head start in the underworld. I would like to see a series based on the new contental hotel maybe an animated one and what about a Jhon Wick multiverse series that would be cool.

This movie is so good. Donnie yen who played Caine was amazing, he made Caine's blindness very convincing. The choreography of the fight scenes were also fantastic and plausible, everything was so smooth and satisfactory. The storyline and the events leading up to the final battle is also impressive. Overall 9/10

This is pretty common. He's free from the table, as is Winston. Showing him dead literally frees him. No loose ends. But given that chapter 5 is still on the books, I think he'll return or John Wick 5 won't make sense

The Spinoff Might be called Akira that end credit scene got me thinking there's no way Akira takes down a blind trained assassin. We didn't get enough of Akira's background
