Times The Good Guys In Movies Were Actually Wrong
video description
Things go forward, Maul either leaving Anakin where he found him while he deals with things, or he takes Anakin as his own Apprentice and goes to meet HIS Master.
So. Quigon dead, no Anakin to worry about, or Obi Wan takes the Council's advice not to train him.
He was already powerful. If he grew into it on his own, there's a Force User who is learning power and control from the planet that has MOs Eisley. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy in the universe. That was the world on which he lived, and his mother, a powerless slave on that planet, with limited ability to educate or protect her son.
Even if. Quigon dead and
Obi Wan reported it. If Quigon didn't buy or free Anakin, Obi Wan never even knew about him, they never saw one another. Or the Jedi Masters seems this freed slave boy to the prison they dump the other Jedi detritus.
Does the Emperor find and train him anyway? Does
He grow up in these prisons where other abused Force users either train him or tell him stories of what he
Could/should have been if born on Corruscant.
Jedi don't seem interested in fixing broken things so choices were a) Apprentice him and carefully guide the damaged parts to fixed b) kill him ( be kind of hypocritical if killing the adversaries consumed to death anyways by their position in the Clone Wars, and the killing of 17 younglings (preventing them from being what? Sold on when the Emperor took up Primacy, killed them himself, or
Broke their minds one by one to claim a group of Apprentices that he could set against each other until the strongest one was the lone survivor. What did English nobility call it? - which could be squeezed into this possibility - the Heir and the Spare. Anakin as Chosen Apprentice and at the time of order 66 which Darth Vader would have fulfilled if he had always been Palpatine's Apprentice.
There would have been no Padme, no Luke Skywalker or Leia Organa, although Alderan might have survived, depending upon who if anyone Tarkin could have questioned.
All Jedi are gone save Yoda for sure, and maybe Obi Wan andMaybe Mace Windu
Remember, they still didn't
Know about the Sith Lord until too late. Palpatine would have had the Clone Soldiers and his own skills to strike down the Jedi. He DIDN'T need Anakin to win, he was just adjusting for Maul's loss
So, was. Anakin's failing entirely his own? Or was it Jedi neglect?
At least he did know how to love enough to beget) Luke and Leia with Padme. Vader had to be there at the end, or Luke and the Jedi would have ended, without Anakin there to save his son.
Maybe Mace and Yoda should
Have got off their
Meditating asses and saved Anakin by training the damaged boy themselves. But that's not what they had time for.

Dont mess with Grandpa Joe! He has nothing to be ashamed of. He may not be bedridden, but he was until Charlie said They said I can take somebody with me. I wish you could go. It was his love for Charlie that cured him. Now that doesnt happen in the real world, but its a fantasy. And plus, what job could Grandpa Joe hold? Hes past pension age, the best job he could get would probably be part-time bagging groceries. In the book, Charlies dad was still alive and working, and the family was STILL in poverty. Also, Grandpa Joe is a little bit like a child at heart. I think that Willy Wonka was a wise and amazing individual for testing the kids and even Charlie, who was tested by far the hardest. But if I had been Grandpa Joe, Id have gotten mad too after the ultimate test. How can you do a thing like this, build up a little boys hopes and then smash all his dreams to pieces! Both Wonka and Grandpa Joe are given rotten breaks by the modern critics, but I see them as different but amazing individuals, and they both inspire Charlie to try and be the best child. and human being. he can be. Grandpa Joe did not read Wonkas (extremely vague) contract, so how would he know that Charlie could be disqualified if he broke even the smallest rule? The characters were marvelous, and no better actors could have played them than Gene Wilder and Jack Albertson. May they be forever held in high esteem!

I hate that Lucas added a prophecy to the story, however the moment he did it was up to the Jedi to realize the issue with it from the start. Balance implies just that. Balance. Just look at the Yin/Yank to see what real balance is supposed to look like. When you looked at the way things were at the time there was no balance, the light was very much in power, it was only through his betrayal of the Jedi and then mass slaughter of other Jedi was the force brought to balance. A hand full of Jedi to match a hand full of Sith. Remove the prophecy from the story however and I think you would of seen a richer story, one where the Jedi masters are not all shown to be idiots. Another side point, in Phantom, why oh why did they take Anakin to Naboo? Oh look, we are at the Jedi temple, the safest place in the known Galaxy, lets take the 10 year old away from here into a war zone.

No, no, no. Peter Parker was not to blame for what happened to Gwen. In the comic books, yes it is Peter's ego that got in his way and Gwen was killed for it. In the movie however, Peter leaves her webbed to a car. If the woman had stayed where he left her she would never of been in danger and never of been taken captive by Harry. Now, had they just showed a scene where Harry sees her webbed to the car and he grabs her on his way to the power plant then you could blame Peter. However, all this is moot because if Gwen did not come Spider-man likely dies to Electro, placing the city in even greater danger. The movie handled comic to screen transmission poorly and because of this the blame for any wrong doing is lifted from Spidy and Gwen died a hero just like her father.

It wasn't Obi-Wan Konobi who was wrong. The real person that was wrong was George Lucas. Originally Vader wasn't going to be Luke's father, but he came into that idea the next film which to me ruined what Star Wars was. If Vader hadn't uttered those words I am your father then that wouldn't have ruined Obi_Wan as a character. Some people say that the prequels ruined Star Wars I say Empire Strikes Back is really, to me, the downfall of Star Wars. I know I'm going to get slack over that since Empire is the more popular one, but Lucas made it weird with all these family relationships.

Edward was A hundred, not hundreds. Not to harp on that but it is correct. It is also important to remember that Vampires in that world are cold and stone like, not just physically, but emotionally also. Edward him self points out that vampires are difficult people to change. Now, 107 years old I believe is the number given maybe 117, but with a lot of that time being part of the Cullen family treated as a son, all the time spent in high school, honestly I doubt he was mentally or emotionally better then say 23. When you think about it like that, it is not really that bad.

- Gene Wilder was great. But things like 4: 15 are the things that turn a movie into a bad adaptation. Senseless. Charlie was supposed to be a more mature and decent child. I felt that people in charge of this movie didn't understand the story.
- Shaun of the Dead? Come on. I'd better not take seriously a comedy. At the end of the movie, he's still friend with his zombie pal! :P
- OMG. I knew Twilight was bad, but seriously, back there were the teens loving a series of books about how to get into an abusive relationship?

The thing about pretty cool heros is that they arent always heros at the start and arent perfect-just people which makes them relatable. And It is fun to remember all their flaws amongst their successes.
Shaun was such a slacker. It was great.
I have no idea why Edward Cullen is in this list as a hero. What?
I figured Edward Joe was too depressed and had lost hope and was just waiting to die. Symbolism over practical details. But it was so 60s 70s. dark undertone in parentals was a given

Well, theres a different way to look at the Obi Wans thing. Teaching Anakin was an oath that he gave to his dying master, Qui Gon. He just couldnt have broken it.
Its actually the Jedi Council who were responsible for the whole thing, particularly Mace Windu and Yoda. Palpatine, being a Sith Lord, orchestrated a civil war and eventually destroyed the republic, all of it right under their nose. Its amazing how blind they were, considering they talked to him face to face like every days

Obi-Wan wasnt responsible for Anakins turn. that was The Emperor/Darth Sidious. The Jedi Council (including Yoda) admitted that they were too self-absorbed to realize that Palpatine and Darth Sidious were one in the same, or that a Sith Lord was even in their midst to begin with. Sidious used Anakins pain at his mothers torture/death to mold him to the darkside. Obi-Wan wasnt the best teacher for Anakin, this is true. but he definitely didnt mess everything up
