How Keanu Really Feels About That Major Death In John Wick 4 - SPOILERS
video description
My theory is the franchise is going into John Wick legacy spinoff territory where it focuses on his associates dealing with the aftermath. Maybe in 5 years time, they'll hire Neil Patrick Harris to resurrect Keanu.

The filmmakers should've just ended the series on a cliffhanger, like Daniel Craig's character at the end of Layer Cake or Ryan Gosling's character at the end of Drive.
It didn't make any sense for John Wick to go through all that just to sacrifice himself, especially when JW didn't have any personal vendetta against the Antagonist. The movie made it clear several times, that the high table would simply replace him with another.
In the end, JW was fighting for his freedom, only to end up dead

John is not dead, the man is just laying low. This was too much of an easy death. The man got shot multiple times, thrown of a building etc survived, you think they gonna kill him off that easy? Please! Chapter 5 already been talked about. The director said he and keanu are taking a break from JW, but Keanu him self said in an interview there will be chapter 5! You can t kill a ghost! Boogeyman

It felt like an AI wrote the story. nonstop action, pointless deaths just to prove a point, and I forget the names of the people that come here and there. No time to really relate to anyone and the amount of asspulls that let John Wick live lost me. He should've died after falling off the rooftop like the 2nd time.

There's just so much story left untold. We never really get a good view of the High Table. The 3rd movie sets us up for an all-out war between the factions and the High Table; however, the 4th gives us, yet again, another minion. It just feels like John got his peace but all the other characters havent got theres

I loved the action segments. But the rest was so long. A lot of it explaining of things just added to this movie (making it just under 3 hours. Liked the cameos. The Lance Reddick scene definitely hit different. Not my favorite in the series but still good and enjoyable.

John Wick is NOT dead. I repeat. John Wick is NOT dead. otherwise, why the clip after the end credits rolled? There's no spin-off or any crap like that. because people came to see John Wick. people came to see. The Baba Yaga!

This one has to be my favorite of all 4. I especially loved how they incorporated Japanese culture and sword fighting in the film. Definitely a quadrilogy I'd watch more than once

I felt kind of empty all this struggle for him to live free and be able to keep remembering his wife was almost in vain when he gave himself up to death and still leave his dog

John wick isn t dead. At the end of the movie, they clearly say they don t know where John is, which is the directors letting us know that he still somewhere out there.

I'm not sure if Chad Stahelski is a fan of Cowboy Bebop, but that ending reminds me of the last fight between Spike and Vicious in that anime.

I just feel like the ending makes everything he did worthless, he could had died in the 2nd movie and nothing would be changed in the universe
