Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has received rave reviews, but some fans aren't happy about one particular aspect of the film. nallainductions: I had this problem too. I found it especially difficult during the Vulture scene at the beginning. It also felt hard to hear when Spider-Punk was in the film, but that may be more due to his thick Cockney accent than sound mixing issues.

I manage a movie theater. We received an email from the studio a few days before release to play the movie at 7. 5 (most movies are played at a 5. Unfortunately this sounds like the other theaters didn't follow instructions.

I thought I had bought easy listening tickets because I went very early this morning(btw GO SEE THIS MOVIE) but it sorts itself out by the time Miles shows up.

So glad I wasn't the only one that noticed this. I just thought it was the theaters sound system. I was able to hear everything Gwen was saying thankfully.

Soundtrack and scoring was just overall bad, it didn't have the same attention to detail as the first movie and sometimes overpowered the scenes.

i got so annoyed that i had to send a mail to the cqo of IMAX. i thot its was my screening that had a problem. movie's a masterpiece tho
reply

Thought it was just my screening! Also, my screening didn't have subtitles when they were speaking Spanish which was annoying

Yeah! I had NO IDEA what Vulture was saying! Plus it was in Dolby and the sound/vibrations didn't kick in til 2099 showed up!
