Tom Cruise s mission, should he choose to accept it: boosting his latest blockbuster, Dead Reckoning's, box office winnings. Well, he has accepted it, but it might truly be an impossible feat. Keep watching to find out the lengths Cruise is taking to make sure MI7 hits the biggest screens possible. Lamar: I'm looking forward to MI8 can't wait ghost portcal fallout and rogue Nation were awesome and can't wait to see where it goes from there!

I live in the UK, and not in London, and my local cinema just does ordinary screens, and I'll go and see MI VII on any screen, don't care, as long as I see it. Same for Oppenheimer.
But I inderstand Cruise wanting to showcase his film on the best screens.
And I understand Nolan's case too.

Oppenheimer will be a great film and will get a big box office. People enjoy history in film and this story is definitely going to get a lot of attention, plus Cillian Murphy is also a big draw.

I could imagine Cruise yelling at the execs at showcasings pitch meetings film's release. DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM AND HOW I ALMOST GOT KILLED MAKING THIS MOVIE!

Mission Impossible movies have gotten better and better, quite a rarity. Expecting so much of this flick, a fulfilling ending for sure.

Tom Cruise needs to get over it! I don't think there is much competition weeks earlier so he could have released it earlier.

Tommy boy I haven t watched imax in years. Ur movie will never outshine the imax or format screen. If it s good they will come

For sure an action movie of this caliber is better for IMAX. why a comedy like Barbie or a drama like Oppenheimer would be?
