i know its still annoying and thsi doesnt make it better but airplanes overbook on purpose because they estimate the number of cancellations and every empty seat on a plane is a loss of revenue so they have to sell more than they have in order to not lose money unless they have a no refund policy ok thanks bye

My dad was a cell site engineer meaning he designed and built the towers that make our phones work and he told me the whole reason that they have our phones on airplane mode/off is because they dont want people disturbing the flight. It wont make the plane crash

The reason you should put airplane mode on is because it interferes with the planes way to communicate with the base or on the ground. if you are like texting or something the signal for your phone will mess the planes communicate for stuff the pilots need.

you know when your about to crash in an airplaine they tell you to go in the safest position well thats the most un safe because think about it your head to your knnes, your head with fly to the seat infront of you then your head will snap.

What I hate about airports is when the airplane is delayed because that happened to me once and I got stuck in airport in Texas for hours and then we finally got back to Virginia at like night time and I wasn't even happy at all.

Planes are overbooked on purpose because usually a lot of passengers dont show up. But sometimes everyone or almost everyone shows up so theres no seats left. Thats just to make sure that the planes are as full as possible, I guess.
