just watch this video, compering the justice system of the other country is different. here in our country (Philippines) is a the justice system is so lousy (low judgement ) even there is a many witnesses the person is guilty is not yet in the jail.
The trial take 7 years and they said to us they need to review again the case.
1. The accuse is guilty because his crime is frustrated murder and illegal possession of firearms
2. The Court sentenced him just a 20years
what a justice system of our country!

All the cases before him are b/c some power-hungry cop wants to throw the book at people, turn this country into a police state - proof that they have too much time on their hands. For every one of those, there are many more real true, bone-fide crimes gone un-caught, un-punished, un-apprehended. No wonder we have the highest incarceration rate in the world, yet the highest mass-murder rate both at the same time.

Aww. I think you missed the one with the 96+ year old man who got a parking ticket whilst taking his 60+ son to the hospital for blood tests. Apparently the son has cancer and is handicap and is being taken care of by his elderly parents. The judge spoke kindly to the old man, praised him for being a good man/father and wished him luck/care before he dismissed the charges. It was a great moment.

The parking ticket where the lady gets a parking ticket for parking in a zone before 10. AM and the time on the ticket is 9. 59: 58 is not only funny but at the same time very ridiculous that it was issued in the first place. There has to be some flexibility in the statute books. Whose timepiece is timed to the very second?

This is how all judges should me or at least most. He doesn't have an ego and has compassion while still doing his job and gives people a chance to be honest and take responsibility.

It must be said that the county makes at least 100k per video by suspending 500$. I love Judge Caprio as he is a wonderful person, but the scheme is not as altruistic as it seems.
