Obviously most animators are INFLUENCED by his work which explains how everything came like this. And also some animators from his company also decided to experiment on making cartoons independently without the help of the Disney company which all explains this. So the next time you say a cartoon is Disney, please look at the productions companies first before you ramble on about who made it.

I never really thought of any of these as Disney movies, mostly because I payed way to much attention to all of the logos at the begining of the film. My personal favorites have to be Thumbelina, The Prince Of Egypt, and Anastasia; all beautifully written and animated films with absolutely perfect musical numbers that'll either make you cry or put a huge smile on your face

Disney-esque characters or animation? Then that's all I needed to hear! I currently have an idea for an animated series that I'm working on, and while I would like the animation to be Disney-esque, if the animation can't be like that I would at least like the characters to look like they have that specific element.

EDIT: I realized that #9 was also a Disney movie at the purchase of Fox, due to Fox licensing the film's distribution rights from Warner Bros. in 2002. The rights were reverted back to Warner Bros. in June 2020.

I'd agree that action and music are two key ingredients for a good film. But romance can be very hit or miss. I'd rather see a film with two bros that go through some tough shit together and never 'get the girl' so to speak. Than the same tired old boy meets girl fall in love in first meeting.

I have seen All Dogs Go to Heaven, The Road to El Dorado, The Swan Princess, Anastasia, Quest for Camelot and I thought that they were disney movies. I am glad that some movies aren't from Disney because we know that some disney movies are copy. A cartoon film doesn't have to be from Disney.

I actually thought only The Pebble & The Penguin & All Dogs go to Heaven we're Disney movie's until last year plus I am 28 years old the rest I knew the rest weren't it's easy to see why they aren't.

Right these movies are not from Disney but Anastasia and Ferngully are Disney cause they are owned by 20th century fox and Thumbelina is also 20th century fox as well which makes it Disney as well
