The released video didnt necessarily prove that Liam was lying. They had pictures in no particular order and they were throwing them on the table trying to picture what looked good together. Liam was the third added in the line up but that doesnt mean he was an after thought. I do believe the judges had plans to make him the lead once the band was formed because he had more experience and confidence and you literally see him open almost every single song every week. Him and harry had the most verses in every song. Louis and Niahll were practically back up dances they gave them zero lines sadly. It was bad move to come out and say the whole band was centered around him even if there was a bit of truth to it, it made him look real bad. He sounded drunk quite honestly

I still love them but at this point I dont think they end the hiatus soon. Maybe 10 years later they release a song or make a reunion special program (as friends did) but no touring or albums. All of them talking about the band as bad days so it is actually sad. I know they overworked and they needed a rest, but this is not a rest, this is a split. And no one was the frontman. At the beginnings it was Liam bcs he had good singing skills but later it was all 5 guys. If Simon loved Liam that much, he should saved him as a solo act.

crazy how they are still so relevant so much years later, they been separated more years then they've been the band & we fans are still as dedicated / loyal to them. they were the best thing in my life at the time, they saved me. can't thank them enough even though themselves were suffering so much. heroes! x. sad how they parted ways, but Louis is really close to niall & liam still which is great. ps. louis is and always will be my favorite human being x

Y'know how they say we need some certain of chemicals to grow 1D give us that dopamine nostalgic chemicals to our brain. What would of happen if they continue the same pace & not change will the kids these days would of grown different but everything happens for a reason for some apparent reason & all I could actually say for the first time I'm actually lucky & grateful for being alive during these times. Including 2016 as well

They copied music from boy bands from the 90s and 00s, they were unoriginal garbage. I've seen parodies of their music videos that were better songs and with better actors. Their name is honest, there was only ever one direction they were going, and that was down. If you want to end poverty, end capitalism.
I will again state that the parodies I heard were much better.

Next time tell their story about being overworked. It's not easy and normal for artist to release an album every year while being on tour every year. At that time, I was just so happy being a fan and getting all these contents. But now, I feel bad for them because I know that they all have been through so much. I miss them.

O. D. 's time as a boy-band is done. They are men now, growing their own ways. It wouldn't serve the group to get back together, it would diminish what still stands. It would be nice if they supported each other in life but they have their own careers now. If was a fun ride for us and hopefully for them, scars and all.

I truly believe that Simon Cowell said he built One Direction around Liam because he had a Justin Bieber look (who was trending at the time) but Harry Styles just ended up being the front man, in the end its up to the fans. I mean my guy didnt have to come out and say it publicly though

The UK is nothing short of brilliant in creating Boyband/Girlbands. They have a better Songwriting Team than The US has had. Even though they had a Paraphernalia Empire at least they got Paid. Menudo never did. They at least got Paid alot of Boyband/Girlband Video.

thing is most fans knew what was going on too, been there done that lol, but it was really sad to both wanting to support them and, in a way, wanting it to be over bc we knew they were under so much pressure (to an annormal point ofc)
