Netflix & the woke program development couch at Netflix with Blonde have really done it this time. This fictional dramatization of Marlyn Monroe contains a violent rape scene with Marilyn being raped by John F. Kennedy. The Wokesters at Netflix can fool around with any fictional novel or screenplay but when you completely misrepresent history & portray a former President who had his life snatched away from him in Dallas on November 22nd, 1963 as a rapist, you have crossed the line. JFK may have been a womanizer but he was no rapist. Another 2 American icons playwright Arthur Miller & baseball legend Joe DiMaggio are also portrayed as rapists in this disgraceful movie. Netflix you just lost my subscription with this disgusting, factless portrayal of Marlyn Monroe's tragic life.

Why does everyone quick do a quick look at Joe DiMaggio, Arthur Miller and John Kennedy only praising them? If were only going to sum it up in a few words lets focus on the reasons Marilyn disliked these men and why she left all of them. Because these men were abusive. Joe DiMaggio left her with bruises, Arthur Miller wrote terrible things about her and psychologically abused her, and the Kennedy brothers passed her back and forth like a piece of meat.
This world we call home is so phony and disgusting, just for the sake of looking good. I refuse to be apart of that anymore.

I will always like the movie
NormaJean and Marilyn Monroe 1996
It really showed all sides of Marilyn Monroe.
To this day I watch it because of the hardcore truths she went through and how Society puts shallow mindedness on us because the many Industries are very brainwashed on how someone needs to look and sound to be an icon.
I want to watch the new Marilyn Monroe movie just to see if anything new that is facts come out. If now then Ill have to wait fir more government documents to be unsealed.

I could do without ANYTHING about the Kennedy's. That subject has been beat to death even though I know it was an aspect of her life towards the end. And The secret life of Marilyn Monroe did a good job of showing MM's relationship with her mother. But all being said everyone realizes that Blonde is a FICTIONAL portrayal of MM life and not an actual bio right! LOL

My papa loved her, he had pictures of her all over his house. I remember when I was a teenager in a bad relationship, I use to hide out in the library and started reading a book about Marilyn cos my papa loved her. I was shocked to read about her childhood as all I knew was the gorgeous photos of her. Hope the movie talks about that.

I have it in this movie what I wanted her 2 persona she was child like in her real life and innocent. All the movies show all that you mentioned. But the women seem to be broken and it showed in her movies. The only thing I dont want fake added in. Most men dont have a stomach for a stronger paid nor popular women

Casting Ana de Armas had me scratching my head wondering why shes playing Marilyn Monroe. Dont get me wrong Ana is one of this centurys Marilyn Monroes if you will, but Im scared if she might can not pull off an accent other than Spanish. But ya never know; shell probably make me eat my own words
reply

I want them to include how she, fed up with playing only dumb blondes, defied the powerful Hollywood studios by walking out of her contract and being one of the first women to form her own production company. How she demanded and was granted both script and director approval of her films.
reply

I hope many realize that regardless of how they feel or what their opinion maybe about Ana or this film is that it simply doesnt matter. What matters is that even though Marilyns estate didnt authorize the film, they still support Ana as the perfect choice. Thats all that really matters lol
reply

Ana de Armas is an amazing actress and will portray Monroe the best she can. BUT a reminder that the movie Blonde is based on an novel and the author INSISTED that her work in some parts are fictional like the sa so this film can't be described as a biopic.
reply

I wish Scarlett played this role. Or Natalie Portman. Ana doesnt seem seasoned enough and she cant even mimic marilyns iconic voice or literally do any accent other than her natural one. I thought it was an actors job to do impressions lol
reply

It would be nice if you had your honorable mentions. You so excelled in that in the past. I miss it. I love it so much that I believe you were the ones that influenced other internet creators or made it extremely popular.
reply

Blonde isn't intended to be an exactly true story of Marilyn. Blonde is to be the adaptation of the 2000 novel Blonde by Joyce Carol Oates. Even Oates acknowledged her novel isn't a completely true story.
reply

The novel and the movie Blonde is not Marilyn's biopic, many facts are invented.
Marilyn was squeezed like a lemon even after her death.
R. I. P. Marilyn Monroe queen of icons, you are timeless.

reply

Horrible depiction of an icon. She was NOT the bimbo next door. 3 horrible hours, the only reason for which I wanted to watch is because I wanted to find out how Ana de Armas portrayed Marilyn. Yukkkk!
reply

The fact that the Kennedy's Killed her, to shut her up, and what about her Red diary! That's what we want to be talked about in the movie! What about her amazing singing voice she had!
reply

Its a real shame how Marilyn passed away if only she tried to get sober and get the help she desperately needed she was one in million actress can't wait to see Blonde she deserves it
reply

white people commenting Ana cant play Marilyn because shes not white is ironice because you dont seem to have a problem when a white play a role of poc lol
reply

I love that everything on this list has been covered in literary every Marilyn biopic, documentary, book, TV show, and just about everything Marilyn related.
reply

I wish people knew she was a poet and a incredibly smart business woman who brought fox studios down. Also I hope people know this film is total fiction.
reply

Blonde is NOT A MARILYN MONROE BIOPIC! It's completely based on a a fictitious story published a couple of decades back. Stop flashing wrong information.
reply

I hope Marilyn's mental health is shown in the most honest way, BPD would explain the neglect she received as a child and her turbulent lifestyle.
reply

MM was one of most beautiful and misunderstood women in Hollywood. The Kennedys and DiMaggio used and abused her as did so many otes.
reply

Im still in shock that they let Kim Kardashian wear her Happy Birthday Mr. President dress. And gave her a piece Marilyns hair.
reply

I wish people knew Marilyn Monroe's death was faked - JFK and JFK Jr's deaths were also faked - and a long list of others.
reply

marilyn monroe
Is an icon gone to soon. My week with marilyn is a brilliant film can't wait see Netflix film.

reply

You do know Blonde is based on the novel Blonde and is not a documentary? The book will give you answers
reply

Cant believe they destroyed, fabricated/tampered all the evidence just because shes with a communist friend
reply

I wish more people knew how smart she actually was - and apparently she was very interested in History
reply

I want to see her struggle her style and creativity. Think the was more to her than be a blonde actress
