Here we are, nearly two years after this video, and there are now 1, 000 well known and unknown singers sounding just like Lazy Del Rey. Yuck. Copycats are bad enough. Now, we have people copying not Whitney or Gladys or Chaka but Del Rey, or really, Norah Jones, Florence, Regina Spektor, etc, etc, etc. How can anyone enjoy these singers and find talent in how they sound? Yep, this is a rant and I don't care. Cheers.

I'm a big Lana fan. For me, these comparisons aren't good. These other artists are way too pop. If I want to hear something the same emotionally then Leonard Cohen is the way to go.
