Reasons why I like this show:
1. Since Im 13, I was introduced to Carmen Sandiego for the first time when I was watching this.
2. THE BEAUTIFUL ANIMATION AND ART STYLE. (Good quality too )
3. I love almost all the characters in the show, because they always have a sense of uniqueness and style. (The character designing is amazing)
4. I love the characters backstories and plot twists!
5. It helps me learn geography easier, and helps me with my new school, since my class is good at geography and Im not; -;
I love this show SO MUCH!

I heard of Carmen SanDiego as a kid but I never actually watched the cartoon so I was curious about Netflix version. I just finished season 1 and excited for season 2. Its such interesting show, the story, the animation, and the characters are all great. Sometimes the educational bits can sometimes take you out of it because it hammers it in a little too hard. Like yes Carmen has get it rice is very important. but overall I would recommend this show to anyone child or adult.

Here are my predictions for Season 2. Spoilers for Season 1 included.
1. Crackle, aka, Graham, will regain some memories and join Carmen in her mission to destroy VILE.
2. Shadowsan will also join her on occasion. And he'll be awesome.
3. Either Argent or Devineau (or both) will chase Carmen throughout. Maybe even catch her.
4. Carmen will learn more about her past.
5. Carmen and Chief will meet, face to face.
6. VILE will be disbanded.

To expand on what was said the original animated series also took a minute to give info on where they were and something that wasnt mentioned is that Zac & Ivy were the ACME agents in the original series working with Player & now in this one there part of Carmens team
I will always love the game show & original animated series but this surprisingly jumped its way to being my favourite version granted it took a second watching to do so.

I'm currently watching the 90's cartoon version first, almost at the third season, so I'm really eager to see this version. Strangely enough, I only got hooked after hearing the 'to steal or not to steal' secret ending song.
And now that I think about it, the art style reminds of Tangled the Series with no obvious outlines.

I really like this version of Carmen. Sympathetic main character, less episodic plot and more consistent animation. Not like 90's version, where Carmen was a villain operating mostly in the background and animation switches between 2D and CGI. Well, at least it had catchy music theme.

One of my favorite parts of this show is the character Chase Devineaux. He provides a comedic and evolving section of the storyline that has him go from a self centered blockhead to a good friend and thoughtful detective over the course of the 4 seasons.

She's more like the (Figurative/Metaphorical)Daughter of Sly Cooper and Kim Possible, who was trained to take on the mantle of Robin Hood, and had the same Fashion Designer who made Dick Tracy's signature outfit.

Nothing like the original apart from the name, the original Carmen was a tall, built woman with all the grace of a cat while this chick looks like she got lost on the way to the Tangled series. hard pass

They changed the characters around. Carmen went from black hair to brown. Zach went from a blonde to a red head. Carmen is know a full good girl. Love all the shows.
