I would have added when Jamie and her were in the baths. She is all uncomfortable and hiding until his comments start to question her honor. Immediate mood and look change from her, followed by rapidly standing up and thrusting herself forward toward him in a moment of defiance and anger. He quickly realizes she is not what he assumed she was and a line has been crossed for a very honorable person, and backs off.
