Most of these I agree with except one. Wonder Woman/Diana Prince. I say she's a Hufflepuff. Yes she may display bravery and what not, but what is the reasoning BEHIND her being brave? For the people. She doesn't want her people, or humans to lose to the Germans, she put aside some of her personal vendettas and went with whats-his-face, down to France, and started fighting. Yes the fact she went out of the trench and went into no mans land is a courageous one at that, she did it because no one else could, and yes it shows that she is a leader which IS a Gryffindor trait, it still doesn't mean that Hufflepuffs can't be leaders too. Esmeralda. Definetly not a Gryffindor. She shows bravery AND compassion, most Gryffindors show bravery when they want too, other times they just don't. Hufflepuffs are compassionate and brave when the time is needed. So those are my arguements for Esmeralda and Diana Prince/Wonder Woman for being the wrong houses.
reply

I dont see Esmeralda as a Gryffindor she has Gryffindor moments but the reason why she does them are more Hufflepuff I feel. When she sings god help the outcast she just wants to help other and doesnt want anything in return which is a super Hufflepuff thing where as a Gryffindor would want at least a bit of something even if it is just glory. Esmeralda does have some Slytherin sass and Slytherin moments as well and she is creative with her disguises which would be a Ravenclaw trait I think she is most likely a Hufflepuff though. She wants everyone to be treated fairly and nice she wants justice which is both Hufflepuff and Gryffindor. I think if she was a Gryffindor she would have fought Frollosnguard instead of running away. Quasimodo and Pheabus are both Gryffindors and Esmeralda isnt as Gryffindor as either one of them. She doesnt judge Quasi and is super nice to him which is very Hufflepuff

I think Dean is a hufflepuff: he has a gryffindor attitude but it's because his embodying his dad, who actually is a gryffindor. Same with Leslie, I don't see what she does as bravery but her want to benefit the people that she love and her community, a place where she feel at place her whole life. There's a difference. But other than that this list was perfect and make me proud to be a gryffindor.
reply

Nah, Movie! Wonder Woman is a Hufflepuff and Pocahontas is a Ravenclaw. Diana's most prominent trait is her undying loyalty to her people and friends, and Pocahontas is inquisitive, weird and open-minded. As seen from characters like Cedric Diggory and Luna Lovegood, Hufflepuffs and Ravenclaws are capable of outstanding feats of courage and bravery too.

Mulan is more slytherin. She cares about her family and the honor she will bring, she is brave but also she thinks with strategy when in battle, and she has goals in mind and does what she can to reach them. She does have Gryffindor qualities too, but I think she is mpre of a Slytherin.
reply

I think Hercules would be more of a Hufflepuff. He is brave and strong, sure, but his defining qualities are his compassion and kindness. His whole story arc is about finding a place where he belongs and finding his family. Its not so much about finding glory or being a god.
reply

STEVE ROGERS IS A HUFFLEPUFF! HARDWORKING! LOYAL! DOING WHATS RIGHT! Yeah he breaks rules n goes against them but only when its needed. TONY STARK IS GRYFFINDOR, HULK & BLACK WIDOW ARE SLYTHERINS, THOR IS GRYFFINDOR, HAWKEYE IS HUFFLEPUFF, AND STEVE ROGERS IS HUFFLEPUFF!
reply

I feel like the girl from Lord of the Rings is more hufflepuff because of the reason why she went into war. Hufflepuffs can be brave when they help their friends. I dont know the most about her I would have to watch the movies again to truly figure it out.
reply

Some more Gryffindors imo:
Bellamy Blake (the 100)
Simba (lion King)
Eleven (stranger things, though she could fit in every house tbh)
Han Solo (star wars, Slytherin vibes but still a Gryffindor)
Rick Grimes (the walking dead)

reply

Ravenclaws: Belle, Alice (in Wonderland, Sherlock Holmes, Doctor Strange, Gandalf, Bruce Banner, Wanda Maximoff (Scarlett Witch, Rapunzel, Phoebe Buffay, Mary Poppins, Doctor Dolittle, Coraline, etc. just some suggestions: )

This list should named top 10 of female heroins characters who emancipate x. I mean, I agree with this list but put Eowyn and not Aragorn. Nala and not Simba and forget Superman or Luke Skywalker. come oooon
reply

When you do my house Slytherin please do two lists one for good characters in the house and one for villains. Also maybe do lists of villains in Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff.
reply

No! Lily Aldrin is a Slytherin! To quote Barney, Lily is a diabolical puppet-master, surreptitiously manipulating every situation to get exactly what she wants. She is pure evil, Marshall.
reply

As a Gryffindor myself, I totally agreed with this list. These were literally my favorite characters of their respective franchise. Can't wait for the other houses' list
reply

Lily from HIMYM is 100% Slytherin, have you ever watched that show? Even your examples in this video show way more Slitherin qualities than Gryffindor qualities.
reply

In How I met Your Mother, Lily would be more of a Slytherin, along with Barney. Robin would be a Gryffindor.
Ted would be Ravenclaw and Marshall Hufflepuff.

reply

Yall got all the Disney characters and Leslie Knope - totally agree with her being #1! Also, I think Jake Perolta from Brooklyn 99 and Dwight K. Schrute are dors
reply

I only have 2 issues with this list.
1. Esmerelda is just an honorable mention? Seriously?
2. Leslie Knope is the most Hufflepuff character in existance.

reply

Ron Swansons a Ravenclaw. Hes undeniably brave, but the traits he likes most about himself are his individuality, ingenuity, and love of freedom.
reply

Wait a minute! Not even mentioning Ellen Ripley? How in thunderation can you possibly leave her out? There's a true Gryffindor if ever I saw one.
reply

What about Woody? I certainly would call standing up to a teddy bear, a fat man with a pick axe and a toy torturing pyscho brave acts.
reply

Dean's has always kind of struck me as Hufflepuff, the obsession with loyalty, always eating (although that could be a Weasley thing)
reply

Lilly seemed more like a slytherin with the lying, stealing, manipulating, and not considering the outcome of her actions.
reply

No Jon Snow, though? He basically IS the Harry Potter of the Game of Thrones world, and such a textbook Gryffindor! Arya too: )
