She stopped team Avatar from getting in the fight so she could fold SIX grown ass men and skilled benders by herself, for no other reason than to flex on everyone in attendance. Toph HOLDING A MASSIVE LIBRARY up so that it wouldn't sink is so cool and underrated because she wasn't counteracting a natural occurrence- her bending was so strong as a child that she was using it to counteract the supernatural actions of an owl spirit. You could take that as her being as powerful as the owl spirit.

Toph holding up the library deserves to be way higher on the list. For once in her life she is completely disabled by her environment and STILL manages to hold up an entire building! If she had been able to see through the sand she definitely could have fought off the sandbenders too.

Toph finally showing her full power when fighting all the 6 fighters amidt a cloud of dust is by a mile more awesome than much more than half those moments. Yet, it only made to honorable mentions. I wonder if these guys remotely watch the shows they review.

Its worth noting that Toph never really lost a fight in either series. Aang surprised her with air bending and the wrestler guys got the jump on her with the metal box, but once she starts swinging, no one touched her.
Toph was a plot buster.

My favourite toph moment was when they were defendinh ba sing sai and she took the gang underground where sokka bodly delares he can't see anything and toph brilliantly and sarcastically replies with oh no, what a nightmare, im still laughing

My favorite was when Toph is figuring out metal bending while the Guru speaks. Him talking about how metal is nothing but well refined earth while Toph is using shockwaves to feel the individual particles was awesome

The eyehole thing is simple.
Despite being blind, her eyes still feel, so they would hurt and water up if grains of rock and dirt where to get in her eyes. Hence, keeping rocks away from them.
