Unpopular opinion: if Jiggly had constructed the base/corset of her dress with more finesse, her outfit would have been on point. Those folds in the practically alluminium foil fabric constructing her skirt held through out the performance, hinting at some construction creativity. Her makeup and hair were flawless. We've seen girls win with a scrap of fabric before and since then.
