Wimsy
The part when Eric drops down and red is right behind him. Reminds me back when I used the babysit. One Of the kids a twelve-year-old boy, supposed to be doing his home school homework. He snuck out the window of his room only to turn around and see me Standing there outside Watching him sneak out of the window.
I told him on the eldest of 3 I know all the tricks, I brought him back in to do his homework. And I went back to enjoying my book I was reading.
He said why can't I be like normal babysitters and watch TV. Good times.
Since I was reading I could hear everything going on in the house. I could hear him getting up to mischief when he was supposed to be doing homework. So I quietly snuck out of the house to where his bedroom is. And I stood there and waited. My suspicions were correct he came out of the window. It was on the 1st floor so I let him do it. Wouldn't have done so if it was on a higher level. Poor kid I was always a couple of steps ahead of him. His little sister who was a toddler loved me so did parents. I was the best babysitter they ever had. The 2 older kids didn't agree. They liked me we had fun but they couldn't get away with anything with me.
I babysit them for like 2 years from the time I was 16 till around 18. I was a really cheap babysitter like 5 to $10 an hour for 3 kids Ranges one and a 1/2 to 12.
One time we're playing with the chickens towards you on the driveway. We live out in the country. So it was very strange when this really big man started coming down the driveway. I was a teenage girl with 3 kids, Out in the middle and nowhere. This man was huge Definitely taller than 6'. If I had to guess somewhere is around 300 pounds. He wasn't fat just huge Kind of like hagrid. There is something very strange as nobody should be coming down the driveway. I told the man that he had to turn around and leave that no one was allowed over here. Ignored me and just kept on coming down the driveway towards us. I Told the older kids to Take their baby sister into the house. I stayed behind to tell the man to go away. He just ignored me and kept on getting closer and closer. I warned him that if he didn't leave I'd be calling the cops. Since he kept getting closer I got scared and I ran into the house and locked the door. He then came to the front door and just stood there trying to get in. I repeated the words telling him that he had to leave. I also called the parents and told them what was happening and asking what I should do. I asked them if I should call the cops. Which would take a long time for them to come as we lived in a small town.
The father knew what was going on. Apparently nearby there was a home for adults with mental illness, Or mental disability. This big man was one of the residents. He had a mental disability and had wandered off.
The father called the group home and chewed them out. He was really Proud how I handled the situation.
In the moment I couldn't tell and I had no idea, The man was not a danger. I was scared for my life and the kids and I was preparing to fight to protect them. I was sixteen, Like a 115 pounds soaking wet. That man looks like he could easily break down the door.
Felt bad when I found out he was mentally disabled and just a huge Teddy bear of a person. But then again he was a stranger who was Trespassing on private property and refusing to leave. I could have been nicer but my 1st priority was protection of the kids, And not the feelings of a stranger.
Even if the guy had the mind of a child he could have still been dangerous To us.

Sorry but this list is terrible. most of these are not forgotten and I would argue you missed other big ones. like Jackie had senior photos with the gang even though she graduated after them. Also FES and Laurie are still married and never got divorced. But they cover most of these! Hyde and Donna was referenced well into Eric and Donna's break up. But most of the stuff played out with Hyde betraying Kelso with Jackie. Laurie was very well explained with her ins and outs in the show with her being in college, moving to Chicago, and her various permiscuousness. Later seasons she wasn't forgotten and was quite often mentioned and they explained her situation, honestly I think anyone would say they were glad they got rid of the recasted Laurie since she ruined the character and was a terrible replacement. Shotze and Tina, are about the only two from this list that are in fact forgotten or just straight up wrote off. Maybe even Roy but at the same time Hyde got a new job so it makes sense Roy would phase out of the show.
Also they did a great job bringing Hydes parents in and out and explained all of it soo no they were not at all forgotten.

A few of these aren't forgotten storylines:
1. Hyde's crush on Donna is brought back up a couple of times but he moved on and respected Eric and Donna's relationship once they were official.
2. Hyde's Mom and Step Dad aren't forgotten, they abandoned him. It's not a dropped story, Hyde has made it clear he doesn't like to talk much about it.
3. I feel like Red was always super conservative but when he lost his job that effected his feelings for awhile. Once he started working again he reverted to being very right.

I can never figure out how Red fought in the Second World War. He said he was at Guadalcanal, which occurred in 1942, but in Red's Last Day he said he hadn't even turned 50 yet. That was 1977. Thus he had to have been born after 1927, making him 14 during the Battle of Guadacanal. Also, the Marines fought that battle, whereas there are several references in the show that makes it sound like Red was in the Navy fighting in the ocean

I wish they had the guts to do that storyline of Hyde and Donna and Donna eventually dating Hyde after Eric broke up with her after the promise ring incident
I also wish they did something gutsy like Kelso getting Jackie pregnant at the end of the 7th season and she has her baby at the end of the 8th on graduation night
And Eric moves away to college at he end of the 7th

The 'Donna's sister' character needed more scenes. (Despite her being 14) especially considering that the main characters were ALSO in their teens, albeit in their UPPER teens.
Also, Masterson's choices in real life are sad ones that nobody can defend. I feel bad for him, but nobody can actually sit there and excuse his actions with women.

I would have like to have seen more of Jackie learning life skills from Red, or at the very least heard her burn her friends with her recent learnings. That was a refreshing break from her prissy rich girl personality, so having her occasionally showing up her friends in stark contrast to how she usually behaves would have been funny.

To make Lauri and fez's marriage episodes even more wacky. the man that was sent to verify the marriage in the episode was Dan caslanetta. The voice of Homer and about 25 other characters on the simpsons. Apparently he was a big fan of the show and was offered the part when the producers found out about dan liking the show.

sorry to say, i don't agree with your #1: i think they summed up on that with donna and eric's valentine's day date where hyde tried to get donna one last time, but didn't it work, and he told eric he'd back off at the end of the episode in the circle

A lot of Republicans who supported Nixon were angry that Ford pardoned him. Many of them believed that he was innocent, and they saw pardoning him as saying that he was guilty, which of course made them angry at Ford

With Donna's sister I swear in the company ball episode. Sometime after Eric and Donna's break up, i think they changed and recyled her character. Whilst still using the original actress

I'm Surprised Buddy Morgan Didn't Make This List. He Got Dropped After Just One Episode, Which Sucks Because He Had The Set-Up To Be A Decent Recurring Character.

Yah I always thought it was weird that Red forgot they smoke weed or he'd be naive enough to think they stopped. Especially bc you can easily smell it.

They wrote Big Rhonda out after Hyde hit her with his El Camino. As for Schatzi, he's actually addressed in the Netflix revival That 90s Show.

That's TV for you. Characters are allowed to have a mysterious sibling for an episode or two, and then they disappear of the face of the earth

I got the feeling by the minimal number of sets and repeated multi use of the sets, that the budget for this show was next to nothing.
