When I look at the whole story, the content of the story is not important, the focus is on the contrast between the characters. Sean combines Walter and Toby, Lea combines Happy and Paige, and Lea's name is also called paige in real life. When The good doc season 2 When the emergency room is completely isolated by the virus, a pregnant woman has to give birth, and finally Sean rescues the pregnant woman and the baby, and the pregnant actress officially Megan. And also in seasons 2-10. Scorpion.

Some people have issues with the autism representation in the show; however, as a person who is on the spectrum myself, I personally find that the representation is pretty good. True, to our knowledge, the actor for Shaun isn't autistic himself, but he did a good job with the delayed speech and sensory/behavioral issues that arise with people on the spectrum. It was one of the first representations that I saw that honestly felt right. The show has issues, but it's still really enjoyable.

The greatest series I have ever seen
Acting, directing and human attitudes are more than wonderful
Sympathy for Dr. Sean
By the way, I am a pediatrician, and I eagerly await my return home to watch the series
I'm still watching the third season and I don't want to finish watching this amazing show
I got tears in my eyes in many situations. Love this show sooooooooo much.

He doesnt kiss my mouth but he will kiss the back of my neck - he shows me how much he loves me in other ways and honestly I wouldnt trade him in for anyone he is perfect.

My youngest has Asperger's and I remember watching the airport scene. I called him into the room to watch that particular scene and ask him if that is what it's like for him everyday? He said pretty much. I was so grateful that a show could help me know what it was like from his perspective.

The best moment, besides Shaun and Lea parts, was when Han was fired by Andrews. That character was so arrogant and it served him right, because in the name of diversity and inclusion is what also might have allowed him to work in prestigious positions.

You know what I hate about medical dramas like this? They always make POC as the brightest and best doctors when in real life only about 2-3% of MD's are black. Do they think that they are fooling anybody?
reply

I am a surgeon Dr. Han! Omg this scene broke my heart from when he dropped his backpack to when he broke the scalpel & Clair stepped in to sit next to him. Clair was always such a good friend to Sean.

This dude like Shaggy
When he uses 0. 0001% of his doctor skills, his autism drawbacks can go down to 0%
When he tries to use 101. 69% of his social skills, his autism drawbacks go up to 69%

I think my favourite scene is when Murphy is having a breakdown about the babys death but not because of the scene itself but because of the INSANE acting skills
reply

His acting is amazing, as an autistic person myself he's captured it well, even the strange speaking patterns, walking, and eye contact is very relatable to myself
reply

One of my favourite scenes is Shaun rescuing the woman in the earthquake episode Shaun calling Melendez arrogant and Dr Claire Browne doing a Shaun in trampoline
reply

I myself am autistic, and I can relate to Dr. Shaun Murphy because I share a lot of the same characteristics with him. Freddie Highmore is an awesome actor!
reply

I think that this show pretty accurately portrays the experience of being autistic (for some people. I relate to Shaun quite a bit as an autistic person.

My favorite moment in the show so far was in the apple episode when people were asking shaun what happened at the store and he was like Lea ate my apple
reply

For me the most touching moments are when in Guatemala episodes, some patients and a kid is turned out because their surgeries can't be done.
reply

That's guy didn't go to college and he's white. Berrer makes his character racist for no reason. I mean what else would he be, right?
reply

When shaun says I'm surgical resident at san Jose st. Bonaventure Hospital. And he is going to The interview. That does not make sense
reply

I think i love this show so much is because I'm neuro-divergent too. I'm finally loving a character so much I can identify with him
reply

This is my favorite show! I absolutely love it, Freddie is an amazing actor I look forward to Monday nights every week
reply

The I am a surgeon scene should be number 1 imo. That meme was the reason I started watching the show personally.
reply

Favorite scene you'll love it. Well maybe you're kind aren't quiet ready for it but you're kids will love it.
reply

The most recent scene tops them all, absolutely heart breaking and Freddie carried it out perfectly as usual
reply

that first procedure he does in the airport and his magical abilities in diagnosing issues with patients
reply

Even though Freddie doesn't have autism in real life I'm glad he studied it and made it look realistic.
reply

you have to ask which scene we liked the least. coz when it comes to TGD every single second is phenomenal
reply

Childhood is when you idolize Surgeon.
Adulthood is when you realize that Dr. Han makes more sense.

reply

I started watching it out of mere curiosity, and just got done with season 6! It is a GREAT, great show!
