Def the best relationship on the show, they have tons of chemistry, and in fact, it became the most impactful&important relationship on the show. Your picks are good, but there are so many great Sheldon&Penny moments it's impossible to pick just 10. There is more:
1. Very important moments&scenes appear in the episode with Sheldon trying to keep seeing Penny after she and Leonard broke up. He does it in secret coz he is not sure if this is the right thing to do, since he is afraid Leonard would see it as a betrayal of their friendship, yet he keeps doing it because he wants to! It shows that Sheldon grew so close to Penny, that he is unable to cut her off from his life and simply doesn't want to. That is when we know Penny already became Sheldon's best friend. The episode includes an incredibly cute scene when for dinner Penny cooks for Sheldon his favorite - spaghetti with little hot dogs, and they are eating together.
2. Sheldon teaches Penny physics
3. when they go to the psychic/astrologer together. Penny convinced Sheldon to go, to help him figure things out, smth no one ever managed to do before since Sheldon hates psychics
4. the epi with Sheldon&Amy wedding when Penny defended Sheldon
