Im glad that the episode where Howard found out about Bernadettes pregnancy was included because I think that can be underrated at times. The fact that they come up with that invention while in a bar sipping on alcohol with little umbrellas was quite amusing and impressive. Howard and Bernadette were most likely the main characters of the episode, but Drunk Sheldon definitely stole the show at times.
I also think the episode where they dress up as the Justice League should have been included just because of Sheldon as the Flash and Raj as Aquaman alone.

The pot cookies should definitely be higher on the list. That episode as a whole is my favorite still. If I don't pay enough attention to it when rewatching the series, I go back. Breaking the elevator is a close second for me.
