Wow just Wow after watching all the police interviews, the fives own admissions, listening to 911 calls on the night, hearing arresting officers and the original prosecutors declarations These guys and the rest of the mob were obviously in the park that night to bash, rob and terrorize innocent people. After attacking and seriously injuring several men they decided to brutally rape a woman, leaving her for dead.
Its racist to think these boys are the victims and arent responsible for their actions purely due to the color of their skin. What hope is there when we forgive and sometimes lionize young men for bad behavior?
Shame on you for making a huge cultural issue even worse.
Unfortunately for young black American men the constant bigotry of low expectations strikes again. Martin Luther King Jr. is turning in his grave.

This movie was an outright LIE! They DID rape TRISHA MEILI, whose voice was noticeably absent in not only this race grifting fairytale, but also from any coverage of this story by the media.
Duvernay OPENLY admitted she didn't read any of the court docs so she could tell her vision.
And they were not EXONERATED! They had their convictions overturned based on a BS rights violation claim that would not of held up under the slightest scrutiny. But, they had already served their time, and a virtue signaling DA's office (the same office that has turned NYC into a hell hole worse than the 90s) and then gave those thugs $41 million of tax payers money.

I wish more people knew about this story during donal trump presidential run. i'd liked to think it would have made a difference. atleast to the ethnic minorities that voted for him. this is solid proof of what a dirty bag he was/ he is/. You forgot to mention how it totally left out what these hoys were truly doing in the park that day. They brought lead pipes down there to participate in gang beatings of innocent people running and walking in the park that day. These kids were violent and cruel like animals. Not innocent little babies. And semen and blood and dirt was found on their jeans.

The nerve of the actual prosecutor to state that the 5 wasn't innocent of all charges against them as though they committed other crimes that night. wel it wasn't rape you fiend animal. As a Mexican guy I always used to be excited to think about visiting the U. S. A.

Imagine just walking and seeing your friends surrounded by the police and ask what's wrong or if he can help. All I can say if the jogger was black and had supposedly been gang raped by a bunch of white teenagers we wouldnt even be the wiser. Its disgusting and is one of many that is wrong with America. So incredibly sad and they deserve ever penny they got from the city.

Yusef Salaam came to my college to talk about the case today actually. I didnt know anything about the case, but reading about what his story before going to hear his speech moved me. It was amazing what he had to say and I wish it had been longer than an hour.
