IMO, Bailey was the biggest hypocrite in the hospital! Ripping Meredith apart for insurance fraud when she committed it herself in the early part of the series. And injecting a sick boy with a deactivated HIV virus against his parents wishes. And thats just a couple examples. I would have to rewatch entire series to mark each one down. Oh, and when she caught Meredith and Derek in Merediths car- later in the series she was caught in the on call rooms so many times the interns gave her a new nickname. Booty call Bailey. Bailey, Yang, Ross and Kepner were just a few of the characters I didnt like.

I love Miranda Bailey so much. Two of my favorite scenes were when she was in labor and George stepped in for the husband who was fighting for his life in surgery. The other is when the gunman was terrorizing the hospital looking to kill Derrick and he pulled her out from under the hospital bed and asked if she was a doctor. Grey's would not be the same without her.

i think every miranda bailey is the best. she's simply the best character in the entire series. i think bailey really deserves the title of the nazy in the beginning but now she has become soft. but yes her character is growing. I think on one hand it's good that she has become gentle but on the other hand more bad ass bailey would be very cool. now she is 2 in 1

She really shouldnt keep her baby from coming out. Rosemary Kennedy had that happen and her family lobotomized her because they didnt meet her expectations and that she was a little developmentally delayed (I mean so was I, but I was partly deaf from Kippel-Feil Syndrome. Basically, Im saying to mothers, let the baby come out and dont harm your child.

I was hugely impressed by the episode when Bailey had a heart attack at a different hospital. Their cardio guy didnt know his stuff when it came to the signs of a woman having a heart attack. She set him straight and, in the process, gave a great PSA on the signs of heart attacks in females. Excellent episode!

Bailey is the absolute best of the show, also I argue that vajajay should be number one, because I have not seen every episode of the show but I remember my exact reaction when that episode aired when I was in high school and thinking she was the coolest fictional person ever.

There was a Thanksgiving episode where a one time surgeon was looking for the nazi and Bailey had him running around looking for the nazi and made him do sutures in the pit while she was doing surgeries. the reveal that she's the nazi was gold 1

I didnt like the period where she turned her back on Mer. That part didnt seem to fit her character. Strange story arc for her.
