Im sorry but Seto Kaiba shouldve been number one. Giving him an honourable mention is insulting. The guy has swagger. Setos style is so unique and out there but its never so crazy out there that its ridiculous. Hes jacket has a talking collar so his style sometimes involves technology which is perfect for him. Sure, the Color Of Money gang's boss man, the Queen's chihuahua and the kind of guy you'd want to bring home to meet your mom because he loves animals seem like an odd bunch, but they know how to make an entrance like it's Saturday night in 1992.

I was wondering why Sebastian wasn't at number 1 but then I realised that he is a butler, he is supposed to dress neatly and it is not his sense of fashion but just a uniform. Also, we don't see Sebastian wearing anything but his uniform, obviously he is sauve and handsome but it's not his style.

I already expected Tuxedo Mask, Light Yagami, the Ouran High School Host Club and Tsukiyama in this list. And so as Sebastian and Lelouch, but turns out, Sebastian is only an Honorable Mention and Lelouch is not even part of it. I got to say that I'm dissapointed.

The list all in all was great, but I'm sad that Dazai, Atsushi, Akutagawa or Chuuya from Bungou Stray Dogs wasn't on the list and another guy that could've been on the list was Alucard from Hellsing. The massive jacket, glasses and hat look amazing.
