Our countdown includes Bessie Coleman, Hedy Lamarr, Mae Jemison, and more! Which female trailblazer do YOU think should be taught about?

Should have included Mileva Maric, Serbian Physicist and Mathematician and Albert Einsteins first wife. Although just how prominent a role she played in Albert Einsteins early work is not heavily documented and still debated, its highly likely that she played a major role in the development of the Theory of Relativity, so much so that Einstein gave her all of the monetary proceeds of his Nobel Prize for Physics (although some might argue that this was more of a divorce settlement. Unfortunately, once she had children he no longer treated her as his intellectual partner, but instead just a wife and mother, and this soured their once passionate relationship considerably.

I learned about all of these women in public school. I was in public school from kindergarten-part of third grade. And I was homeschooled for 10 years.
Ms Mojo left out that Mae Jemison ended up getting 2 degrees when she graduated from Stanford. A Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in African and African American studies. And after she got her M. D, she worked with the CDC researching vaccines.

The best list in a long time. I would've put Hedy Lamar in number 2 though, or a satisfying tie between Marie and Lamar. Excellent list. Thank you

Yeah, because men stole them most of the time because god for a woman have any credit & make them feel inferior with how fragile their egos are

I would have thought Mary Baker Eddy should have been on this list. A woman founded and lead a world wide Christian religion in 1879.
