I really like Cover Girl ep from season 5, the one where Carrie and Samantha fell out over her book cover, also shows again what a bad friend Carrie is and very judgmental towards Sam love life, after Sam was being such a supportive friend to Carrie in her messy relationship with Mr Big.
Also another ep from the same season is Critical Condition when Carrie gets to be told off by Nina Katz on how bad she was treating Aidan and the Times book critic, Michiko Kakutani basically saying the same thing on how Carrie disposes of good men in life. Also love that they show Samanthas soft side when she gave up things important to her to help her friend Miranda.
I do believe season 5 was the most underrated from the entire series but there were some good episodes in it.

Charlotte obvi was right that Carrie has to learn how to manage her finances but she was also speakign from a very high horse considering that her family has been wealthy and supporting her throughout her entire life. Then she got a multi million apartment from Trey and she is obviously just used to very expensive things (that, dare I say, were not paid for by herself as an art gallery worker. She was lucky in life financially and in her place I would have offered the money in a heart beat. She is not a self made woman like Sam and Miranda who obvi knew what it means not to have money to just throw around and who both offered. I don't think Charlotte is the one who should go around lecturing people about money when she herself never had to worry about it.

All That Glitters is my all time favorite-the way Trey comes back for the photo shoot was so selfless and it made me cry! They portrayed him as kinda the bad guy for changing his mind about having a baby, buying Char the cardboard baby, and not wanting anything to do with the photo shoot. He ends up swallowing his pride and feelings and came for the photo shoot because he knew it was important to Char. it made me see him in a different light.
Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda is also another one of my favoritesnot sure why lol

The Funeral episode from Season 2 is a hilarious take on mortality (and one of the best SATC episodes. Disappointed that the fantastic episode 'Catch 38' didn't make the list. It's a terrific episode where Carrie has to face the realistic choice of whether she wants a child or not; and Samantha desperately trying to get an appointment with a top-notch oncologist. It's always been one of my favorites and never gets discussed

Great list, but I found Ring A Ding Ding infuriating.
Carrie realized she is financially irresponsible and Charlotte was right about that not being her problem.
Carrie claimed that she was only upset because Charlotte didnt offer to help and claimed she would never actually accept her help, yet in the end still accepted Charlotte's outrageously expensive engagement ring after ripping up Big's check.

The episode dealing with Miranda considering an abortion is THE BEST SATC episode ever. No matter what your opinion on abortion is, they really carefully presented both sides to the argument. And it ends with them all together celebrating that they're going to be aunts. I break down every time I view that episode. I think it is the most beautiful and imorotant episode of all!

I thought Twenty-Something Girls vs Thirty-Something Girls would be on the list. That one is really fun. I also really like The Baby Shower episode and A Womans Right To Shoes because of how it touches on the expectation for women to have babies. And I really appreciate the conversations about abortion in Coulda, Woulda, Shoulda.

The episode where Miranda's mother died, and Carrie's laptop got ruined was another good one for me. Showing the way, the girls supported each other (even though Samantha needed some time to process that, and Aidan and Steve showing up at the funeral. It was a very touching episode for sure.

It's nothing without Samantha
Samantha and Miranda make it
Charlotte is a ditz
And Carrie, well SJP thinks she IS Carrie n Vise Versa.
And Carrie is an aweful person, like SJP
You can tell by the way they age when someone is generally mean and jealous, and SJP looks it

The only hint here of the first three seasons is Where theres smoke theres fire. It is the first three seasons where the four women are truest to their characters and the show is truest to its premise. The last three seasons, it turns more and more into conventional romantic comedy.

The Berger thing the WORST! I dont know if the writers were high or what but it was AWFUL. Who ever seriously thought they could be a couple? He was immature selfish and small. WHAT WAS ATTRACTIVE ABOUT HIM? (And I dont mean looks at all) he annoyed the crap out of me

A friend is not just someone to gossip with at brunch. They're supposed to help you in your time of need. Charlotte didn't even have the guts to tell her no. She just wanted to hold on to her pretentious marriage and failed motherhood journey.

Forgot the title of the episode but I really love the infamous line of Miranda, he's just not that into you. Such a wake up call in today's society of dating turning into mind games. and how women overthink esp during the initial dating stage

There are so many subcategories you could do for a SATC top 10 list: best of Charlotte, Miranda, and Samantha, best fashion related moments, best event episodes (weddings, funerals, christenings, etc, best summer episodes, etc

I'm sorry I know they try to keep it real, but they should not have killed off Mr. Big. I love the story lines, most of them, I liked seeing her with Mr. Big, it's weird to see her in another relationship

One of my favorite scenes is when Kristen Johnston's character is saying no one is fun anymore. NY is over. I'm so bored I could die. then goes out the window. Best scene out of the whole of season 6.

Annabelle Bronstein was the inspiration for Anna Delvey. Tell me I'm wrong
I remember all of these episodes so I don't understand how they're underrated. They may not be as heavily quoted but.

Carry didn't have any right to expect help from Charlotte but omfg the tone deaf reaction of Charlotte while standing in her divorce settlement town house and Diamond ring is mind blowing.

I don't like that Carrie took Charlotte's ring, Miranda and Samantha offered her the money but she still decided to take from the one who defined her boundaries, guilting her into it.

Honestly the episode where Charlotte gave Carrie her the ring as a down payment for her apartment actually pisses me off. I hate how entitled and selfish Carrie is.

I loved this series so much! The reboot really wasnt needed though and the movies didnt really do justice to the original series storyline too

Sorry but Charlotte wasnt obligated to offer Carrie any money. She was pretty financially reckless and shouldve worked it out on her own!

The Real Me is my favorite episode! But I don't think it's underappreciated at all, most fans often list it under their top 5 episodes.

The fact that Carrie wouldnt give Big up when aiden asked her to should have been the biggest red flag. Aiden was too good for her.
