Top 10 Disney Songs That Didn't Have to Go THAT Hard

These Disney songs didn't have to go THAT hard, but they did! For this list, well be looking at the most epic, catchy, or intense tracks from the studios films that had no business being so good. Our countdown includes Hercules, Aladdin, Encanto, and more! Which Disney song do YOU think went the hardest?

The fact that Tarzan only received honorable mention is actually a crime. Other than Hunchback, I can't think of an album more deserving to be on the list. Mark Mancina, who composed the backing score, used obscure/rare instruments from his own personal collection to give the entire soundtrack a completely unique sound that literally no one will ever be able to replicate due to its unique nature. Have you ever even listed to Trashin' the Camp or Son of Man? We Don't Talk About Bruno is great and all but I don't think the song goes all that hard so much as it is catchy, for sure. Tarzan slaps the crap out of any songs on this list other than maybe Hellfire.

I am wondering how old the narrator is. She is asking for a teen heartthrob or boy band to sing Eye 2 Eye, and am asking if have you not heard of Tevin Campbell before. At the time of the movie that would be exactly what he was. Also to echo what others have said Tarzan best OST of any Disney movie, give Phil Collins his flowers.

Friend like Me. Ah, it's true. Always imitated, never duplicated. There was only ever one. And never will there be again. Truly a legend. May he live on in the lives of those who knew him, and the children who grew up with his amazing characters that he brought to life like no one else can.

Um. I was watching this on my TV and had to switch to my phone just to comment on I2I. a teenaged heartthrob DID cover this song and IS powerline. I know a lot of non black people didn't really listen to these artist growing up but Teven Campbell was EVERYTHING in our community.

Ill make a man out of you is impossible not to sing along to, and its my favorite out of all the Disney songs.
Though I do have to add, Shiny had ABSOLUTELY NO business being that insane. Tamatoa wasnt even the main antagonist and shiny pretty much stole most of the movie.

I-2-I defined my childhood. I remember many times practicing the Perfect Cast, I memorized the lyrics, me and a friend created a dance to it. One of the most underrated and energetic songs in Disney's entire catalog.

I don't know if those counts because technically it's not disney, but it also is. Worthless from the brave little toaster should be here if the movie counts.
Pretty much all the songs from the entire trilogy are good.

The fact that Son of Man doesn't make this list is an absolute outrage, Phil Collins went way to had it should take the entire podium. Also Burning Love to close out Lilo & Stitch, absolute banger as well.

Are these top 10 lists put together by viewers voting, or is it just 1 person putting together their personal top 10? I would really like to see a least based on the population, not 1 person.
reply

was kinda hoping son of man from tarzan would be on there cause tbh phil colins didnt have to go that hard for the whole soundtrack. Gonna put tarzan on full blast now.

When I tell you Im personally offended by the choices in this list. Order, Songs, Everything. I award you no points, but thank you for the 14 minute video.

I've said it before, but Show Yourself and The Next Right Thing got done dirty for Frozen 2. Those songs are so good compared to Into the Unknown.

I'd say Road to El Dorado had SO many songs that just went for it. Why can't they make a live action of THAT movie? or a good sequel, I'm not picky.

Frolo basically was horny with Esmeralda, and like always instead of facing it he decided to destroy the object of his desires. CREEEEEEEEEEP

I know it's not from a movie. but the #1 Disney song that did not have to go as hard as it does is Ready As I'll Ever Be and I stand by that
reply
