Anyone who thinks she is blasting him rather than focusing on love towards herself needs to practise self love. because even though it may have references to him, it is surely about her and her own evolution. She is singing about how shes grown, how shes gone to feeling she needs him to give her love, to a place where she can see she can give herself everything she needs.
